And welcome to this guided meditation for self-esteem.

My name is Megan,

And I invite you to find a comfortable and quiet space if you haven't already.

A space that feels like you can relax and focus without any distractions.

And once you've found this space,

I invite you to take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Whether that's sitting or lying down.

I invite you to gently close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress you may be holding.

One more,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Now as you bring your attention to your breath,

Notice the sensation of each inhale and exhale.

Notice if you can allow your breath to become a bit more slow and steady.

Notice with each breath how you become more relaxed and centered.

Now I invite you to imagine yourself surrounded by a soft,

Warm light.

This light represents love,

Acceptance,

And the unwavering belief in your own worth.

Feel its gentle embrace enveloping you,

Creating a safe and nurturing space for your journey of self-esteem and confidence.

Now visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror,

Observing your own reflection.

And as you gaze into your own eyes,

Notice what comes up.

And I invite you,

If any self-doubt or negative thoughts arrive as you gaze at yourself in the mirror,

To let them drift away,

Leaving only a sense of kindness and compassion.

Now repeat the following affirmations,

Either silently in your head or out loud if you like,

Allowing the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.

I am worthy of love and respect,

Just as I am.

I trust in my abilities and believe in my potential to achieve all that I desire.

I am deserving of success and happiness in all areas of my life.

I release all self-limiting beliefs and embrace my unlimited potential.

I radiate confidence and attract positive experiences into my life.

I am enough exactly as I am,

And I deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

I am talented.

I am empowered.

I am capable.

I am worthy.

I am confident in my abilities and trust in my capacity to succeed.

I radiate self-assurance and attract positive opportunities into my life.

I believe in myself.

I deserve love,

Respect,

And all the good things life has to offer.

I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.

I am proud of my accomplishments and celebrate my achievements.

I am comfortable being myself and express my authentic self with confidence.

I am capable of handling any situation that comes my way.

I am deserving of success and create my own path to achieve it.

I release all self-doubt and replace it with unwavering self-belief.

I trust in my intuition and make decisions with confidence.

I am strong and resilient,

Capable of overcoming any obstacles.

I acknowledge my worthiness and I embrace self-love unconditionally.

I am worthy of happiness and pursue it with courage and determination.

I step outside of my comfort zone with confidence and embrace new opportunities.

I attract positive and supportive people into my life who uplift and inspire me.

Now feel this vibration of these affirmations as they resonate within you.

Now imagine a warm gold light shining down on you,

Bathing you in its radiant glow.

This light represents the strength and confidence that resides within you.

Allow this light to penetrate every cell of your being from your head down to your toes,
