Hello to my beautiful human design projector friends.

Let's talk about your digestion and how you can improve your gut health.

First,

A quick question.

Does your digestion sometimes feel off even when you're eating well?

Now I'm sure you already know that what you eat is important.

But as a human design projector,

How you eat is just as meaningful.

Every human design energy type has its own digestion blueprint.

And that is above and beyond your personal digestion type.

When you ignore your projector digestion blueprint,

Your body struggles.

Think bloating,

Flatulence,

Constipation.

But when you honor your projector digestion blueprint,

Your gut health feels more comfortable and happy.

Think regular bowel movements and even a flatter tummy.

Now as a projector,

The main thing you want to remember is that your digestion struggles when you are depleted or eating where you don't feel recognized or safe.

That means to support your digestion,

You take a little you time before you take your first bite of food.

Maybe you do a little deep breathing.

You could even hug a tree if you want.

You could sit there,

Close your eyes for a few minutes.

Do something that feels like it's giving your body some rejuvenation time before you ask it to break down and digest your food.

Remember,

Your sacral energy center is undefined.

And that means that the center that is doing a lot of digestive work,

Well,

It's sensitive.

It means that only saying yes to invitations that genuinely light you up is nourishing for your digestion.

And it's just as important to release old invitations that you no longer feel connected to.

If the idea of an invitation does not make you feel seen,

Acknowledged,

Successful or celebrated in a genuine way,

Then accepting it,

Maybe because you have FOMO,

Well,

It will inevitably drain your sacral and drain your digestive fire.

And that pretty much means tummy troubles that make you feel yuck.

Please also do your best to eat.

In supportive spaces that feel nourishing for you.

Remember that your environment has a huge impact on how well you digest food.

Eating in this way and living your life this way helps to nourish your body via improved food breakdown and absorption.

And that is especially good news if you have a leaky gut syndrome or any other malabsorption disorder.

Projectors,

Please remember that your digestion is a mirror of your energy.

When you work with it,

Not against it,

Everything naturally feels lighter and easier,

Including your digestion.

Now,

I know that these digestion and gut health tips,

They sound really simple,

But I promise you that if you can experiment with eating in spaces that feel nourishing for you,

That feel good,

That feel safe for you,

And also becoming hyper aware of the invitations that you accept,

Making sure you only accept those that make you feel seen,

Acknowledged,

Valuable,

Even celebrated.

If you can do those two things,

You will be giving your gut health the foundational energy that it needs to heal and feel healthy and comfortable and to support you in the best way that it possibly can.
