Bend Like The Willow (Harp & Strings)
This calm piece is improvised. I played ambient strings on piano and harp at the same time, ending with koshi chimes. I was inspired to write during Wakes’ live session on IT dedicated to Martin Luther King: Bend towards justice like the willow to sunlight, in gentle reverence for everyone. Sway through the storms, rooted in the earth of your being. Listen to inner whispers guiding you home to your loving heart. Radiate your love light like the glow of moon and sun, for we are one.
