
First Abandonment Forgiveness
As we grow, we absorb the patterns of the people around us. Their fears. Their limitations. Their “shoulds.” Their survival strategies. Little by little, we trade our pure, original selves for versions of us that fit in better. Somewhere deep inside, a part of us that remembers why we are here, feels the self-betrayal. That is the first abandonment. The first part of this meditation is guided to invite the abandoned self back into your inner system, to be an ally, not a ghost. The second part transitions seamlessly into an inaudible subliminal healing track. This deeply restorative layer clears the hurt, or anything that may have been triggered, and gently integrates new, supportive roots, patterns, and beliefs. It’s important to listen until the end — the final minutes include a unique “Saving Procedure,” much like the save button on your computer. It ensures your inner shifts are locked in, safely stored, and ready for you to access with ease in your everyday life.
