Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Let your body soften and allow your breath to arrive exactly as it is.

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to perform,

Just you meeting yourself.

Take a slow inhale through the nose and exhale gently through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale softly and let the exhale dissolve any pressure you're carrying.

Let your body know it is safe to arrive.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the space at the center of your chest.

The place where your inner self-image lives.

Not the one shaped by expectations or past stories,

But the one that exists beneath all of that.

Your true self,

Your inner beauty,

Your quiet power.

As you breathe,

Imagine a warm gentle light rising in this space.

Soft,

Golden,

Steady.

This light is the truth of who you are.

Not the version you perform,

But the version you feel.

Let this light expand slowly through your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your belly,

Your throat.

Filling you with warmth,

Confidence and ease.

Now,

Bring to mind the version of you who feels aligned,

Authentic,

Expressive and whole.

The you who shows up with softness and confidence.

The you who moves with intention.

The you who embodies inner beauty with ease.

Now,

See this version of yourself.

Feel your presence beside you.

Notice your posture,

Your energy,

Your expression,

Your calm.

This is not a future version.

This is a forgotten truth.

Take a breath and let yourself step closer until you stand in front of you.

A mirror of your highest self image.

And gently,

Lovingly,

You whisper,

I am always with you.

Let these words settle into your body,

Into your heart,

Into every space that once held doubt.

With your next inhale,

Imagine merging with this version of yourself.

Your truth blending with your becoming.

You are not striving,

You are remembering.

Stay with this feeling for a moment.

The feeling of coming home.

The feeling of being whole.

Now,

Bring one hand to your heart.

One hand to your lower belly.

Feel your body holding you.

And repeat silently,

My inner image shapes my reality.

I choose to see myself with love.

I am becoming who I already am.

Take one final deep breath.

A soft inhale,

A slow exhale.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
