Welcome.

Take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle.

Let your breath deepen.

There are moments when awareness sharpens,

When inner patterns become visible,

When what we've been carrying quietly asks to be released.

This practice meets you in such a moment.

Bring your attention gently into your body.

Notice where energy feels dense or held,

Where you've been bracing,

Where you've been trying to stay strong,

Especially around your belly,

Your chest,

The places that hold emotion,

Safety,

Instinct.

Take a slow breath in and a long breath out.

Now,

Become aware of the inner state you've been living from lately.

Not a story,

A state.

The emotional posture.

The tone of your inner world.

The way your body has been organizing itself.

Maybe it feels like pressure,

Control,

Hyper-responsibility,

Holding everything together.

You don't need to change it yet,

Just notice.

And now,

Gently,

Interrupt it.

Shift your breath,

Drop your shoulders,

Soften your jaw.

Let your exhale be longer than your inhale.

This pause is intentional,

A break in the old pattern,

A moment of choice.

Imagine that with every exhale,

What no longer supports you begins to move downward.

Out of your system,

Into the ground beneath you.

Not forcefully,

But naturally.

Old emotional weight,

Outdated roles.

Ways of being that once protected you but are no longer needed.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing at the threshold.

Behind you,

A familiar inner state.

The way you've been holding yourself.

Ahead of you,

A quieter space,

More grounded,

More nourishing,

More true.

This is the space between.

The moment of transition.

Now,

Step forward,

Slowly.

And as you cross,

Notice how your body responds.

Your breath deepens.

Your nervous system softens.

Your energy reorganizes.

This new state doesn't ask you to perform.

It doesn't rush.

It doesn't tighten.

It supports you.

Place one hand on your belly,

One on your heart.

Let intuition speak,

Not as words,

But as sensation.

And silently repeat,

I release what no longer supports me.

I allow a new inner state to emerge.

I choose alignment over tension.

Feel how your body receives these words,

Not as effort,

But as permission.

Growth happens here,

Not through force,

But through release.

Take one final deep breath.

Inhale clarity.

Exhale what's complete.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this new state with you,

Not as something to hold on,

But as something you can return to.
