And you see all the amazing colors that fill the sky as the sun begins to set.
Imagining these colors washing over you and offering you a sense of peace and beauty.
As you walk along,
You feel the warm soft sand beneath your feet.
The gentle sea breeze blowing away any worries or tensions.
Smelling the salt ocean air as you continue your journey along the beach.
Fully aware of all your senses.
Noticing sights,
Sounds,
Feelings.
As you walk along,
You see a beautiful small structure just ahead,
Made of beach wood.
You arrive up close and know,
Somehow you know it has been made just for you.
So you enter and it's filled with a comfortable blanket and pillow in your favorite colors.
Notice how safe it feels as you enter.
You feel safer than you ever had before.
So you lie down and make yourself comfortable as the sun sets and a bright moon rises.
The sand is so soft,
It supports your entire body.
You begin to feel relaxed,
Knowing that the earth is supporting you and offering you its nourishment.
Feeling so safe you close your eyes.
And listening to the gentle sounds of the waves coming in and out of the shore.
Your breathing now regulates with the motion of the waves.
Breath flowing in,
Breath flowing out like a raft would ride the gentle waves in towards the shore and back out again.
Breath flowing in,
Breath flowing out.
Waves flowing in and waves flowing out.
You relax all your muscles into the sand.
Letting be.
Softening and releasing all that is no longer necessary.
Softening as you now drift off into sleep.
