A very big Aloha.

I'm so happy to have you joining today to be here and do a deep blessed meditation in just being with appreciation for this wonderful gift of life.

It's really quite amazing that we can be here together and breathe in our precious air and appreciate each breath in and each breath out.

And so we're just going to do that.

We're going to go right into meditation and be able to spend some time together as we slowly breathe in and check our entire body.

Scan with each breath.

Just see how you're doing.

How does that body feel?

Is everything in alignment?

Do you feel nice and clear and present?

Breathing in,

Breathing deeply in,

And breathing out.

And with each breath,

Find yourself attuned to what is that energy inside you.

Where you go to meditate,

What is that precious place inside you?

Going deeper and deeper within and appreciating that time that you have with your true inner self and how precious this gift is.

Breathing in deeply,

Holding it for two seconds and letting go.

And just breathing out,

Letting go as you breathe out.

Breathing deeply.

In with a new breath,

Holding it for a couple of seconds and allowing that breath to go.

When it's time,

Just let it go and completely release.

And just take a few moments to put a wonderful light,

A protective,

Wonderful white light,

All around yourself.

Above you,

Below you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

On either side of you.

And just make sure that you feel like you are in a protected,

Wonderful space as you journey deep within.

And just be aware.

What are you sensing?

What are you feeling as you go deep within?

I'm hearing the birds outside.

It's a lovely morning.

And I feel attuned to that energy within as I close my eyes and journey into that sacred space of the I am that I am.

So precious,

This wonderful,

Blessed,

Sacred energy within.

Being grateful for being able to be here now.

And again,

Just going deeper and deeper within.

And make note of what you experience with each breath.

We're building a bridge from our conscious mind to our inner self and our higher self,

To that super consciousness,

To that one source of all consciousness within.

And allow that merging of your higher self and your inner self and that higher consciousness with you,

Precious you,

That true self that you are right here and right now.

Right here now,

Everything is in perfect alignment.

Feel grateful.

How does it feel when you are grateful for just allowing yourself to be present here and now?

Put a slight smile on your face and see.

See where that smile directs you with gratitude.

Feel aligned with the oneness and all,

All of life.

The birds,

The air,

The wind,

The sky,

All beings throughout space and time.

What role do you play in the grand scheme of life?

What is your inner purpose?

Allow yourself to be aware of your awareness.

And slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly come into your conscious mind,

Coming from your super higher consciousness into your consciousness,

To your body,

All of your recognition of who you are,

Bridging that wonderful space of you here now with that highest part of you and this conscious part of you here now.

And as you slowly come back,

Take the time to remember any feelings,

Any words,

Any impressions of what came to you while you were there within that sacred space.

And as I like to always suggest,

Take the time after you come out of meditation to write down,

Write down the feelings,

The impressions,

In words.

And the reason I do this is it helps to bridge the gap.

It helps for your conscious mind to remember where that silence takes you,

Where you go to in that silence.

And it helps when you have that awareness to be able to share it in your everyday moment of living,

To bring your real self and your highest self into everything you do.

What a wonderful gift that is.

Be very grateful for being here now and say to yourself,

Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to be present.

And I deeply thank you and I bow in gratitude and love for this precious time together.
