A very big Aloha.

And it's a beautiful,

Beautiful place within that we can experience when we open ourselves to that heavenly field of contact.

We can do this in meditation.

We know we can do this in meditation.

We can also do it if we're out walking and see a beautiful,

Beautiful sunrise or lovely cloud,

You know,

Or see something lovely.

We can experience Heaven in many,

Many wonderful ways.

And I know some of you probably have experienced Heaven.

Last week we talked about near-death experiences and how some of you might have experienced in near-death experience visions of Heaven.

Probably a little cooler there than here on Maui.

Yeah,

Heaven is universal,

You know.

Heaven is for all of us.

Heaven is a gift that we have that comes from that spirit,

That presence,

That wonderful energy,

That essence.

I love to write so every morning I get up and I meditate for about an hour and eight minutes on Inside Timer.

And I know many of you do.

It's lovely to see you here.

And many of you have wonderful experiences that happen when you meditate.

Now that wonderful experience,

But we all can experience lovely things,

But it depends on how our senses and our intuition and our energy field is attuned to receive these beautiful experiences.

Oh my,

It's late there in Germany,

11 hours later than here on Maui,

Around eight o'clock I would imagine.

It's so beautiful to have the world surrounded with you lovely beings of light and love.

So this morning after I meditated,

I wrote this,

I meditated on that heaven,

That heaven within,

That presence that is so wonderful that we can connect with.

And as we experience that heaven within,

We also can connect with that heavenly presence that we go to after we drop the body.

And I have to say that right now there's a great amazing dimensional shift happening.

Our vibrational 11 with all of you beautiful light workers and ones of love and those meditating are raising the vibrational field of earth.

And there's so many that have passed on that are also doing energy work and we are seeing heaven come and unite with us here to earth.

And it really is what some people call the next dimension that's happening as well.

It's about time,

Isn't it?

Aren't we ready?

I hope we're ready for this higher vibrational level,

This Aquarian age is bringing in this next level of consciousness where we can merge heaven here on earth.

We're spirit here in form,

You know,

So we are spirits in this physical form and we are able to bring that spirit here more and more as we join together and as we meditate,

We're able to bring more heaven to earth.

I wrote,

Feel the heavenly presence,

The love so very sublime,

Lit with spirits energy to reveal those secrets inside.

Breathe in that light that enlightens right now.

It's all just breathe in that light that enlightens that enlightenment is here and present when we open up to it.

Embrace that love that you need,

Welcome,

I'm seeing some more come in,

Lovely to see you.

You are God made manifest.

You are the spirit here in form,

You are the love that you are seeking and you hold that key to be made whole.

Embrace that love that you need,

Create a space in that opening and let yourself be healed,

Feel that heavenly presence,

The love that you can find so bright with that spirit's divine energy that reveals that cosmic light inside.

I'm Cindy Palos,

For those of you that just joined,

I've been doing these gatherings here on Sunday morning and I've been talking in the last few weeks about heaven and earth and what happens when we achieve enlightenment,

How we can experience all those dimensions right here in this body.

Now this is not one particular religion,

It is expressed by Christ,

It is expressed by Buddha as enlightenment,

It is expressed by all the great teachers.

All the great teachers will tell you about this energy that you can find within.

So it's a universal energy my friends and it's something we all can learn to attune to as we believe,

As we open up our heart,

As we open up and find our soul.

When we reach that peak and transcend all the levels of confusion and chaos that can happen in the mind,

When we merge our body and emotions and our mind and our heart and soul and we find that heavenly kingdom there inside and we can drink in that heavenly nectar of life and we can find that we actually become that which we already are in full,

The I am that I am presence right here and now.

And then you have that experience that transcends words at all,

It's that peace,

That beautiful,

Beautiful peace,

That passive understanding that you experience when you experience heaven.

So this wonderful experience has been put in many ways and in many words and it also is experienced depending on how you believe,

What you are open to as you believe it in your heart.

Inside and our inner self,

God has many mansions,

There are many mansions of consciousness even in heaven.

Dimensions upon dimensions upon dimensions that are so amazing that sometimes we limit ourselves without knowing.

We don't even realize that we're just putting ourselves in a box and you can open that box up in meditation and you can allow yourself to feel that unconditional love that is right there in you right now.

Now sometimes we don't believe that so I would love us to really allow ourselves in the meditation we're going to be doing to allow ourselves to believe that we can experience heaven.

We can be that love of God here,

Spirit made manifest in form.

And yes,

Many of you have experiences of course in that Christ conscious state you stay there which is pretty nice to be able to stay in that state.

But right now we're all here experiencing different levels as we allow ourselves to be that level of consciousness.

We all have in this moment the power to experience what our future angelic self will be,

What our enlightened will be,

What we all have in this gift of being.

But you have to believe that it is so and so it is.

That sacred part of God's allness manifested through you right now.

The highest state of all consciousness right there within you is present in that presence.

Now God was said to have said through Christ the kingdom of heaven is within you.

So let's do a meditation.

Let's do a meditation and I just would love you to get comfortable and allow yourself to feel a field of consciousness that is heavenly.

How do we do this?

Well we know breath sweeps mind.

So let's all breathe together here and join all you beautiful beautiful light workers and beings of light and love.

Let's join our energy and breath here.

Let's breathe in that light of heavenly consciousness.

Oh I just felt my neck crack.

That was good.

Maybe you will.

Just feel comfortable and allow that energy to flow through you which helps if your spine is straight and if you're very comfortable and if you're relaxed.

In one way we relax of course is to allow ourselves to sense how our body feels.

So we're going to go within and breathe that energy of light and love in right now.

The unlimited unconditional infinite light and love that is present.

And we're going to allow ourselves to be a pure channel of that wonderful energy a chalice of that light and love as a force field together here right now.

We are all that interconnected chalice of light and love and we are all here from around the world in this very moment sharing this heavenly energy of light and love.

I'm just feeling myself tingling from it truly.

I just I feel it as tingles of energy that is so beautiful.

I don't know how you're feeling but whatever way you're feeling it embrace this energy right now.

Allow your heart to embrace the love that is present right now.

Breathe it in and allow your heart to be open.

Let's go into that place in your heart where that love energy dwells in your heart of hearts is that sacred connection that you have to unconditional love.

And right there right there connect with that love that is present that is part of God's unconditional love.

Now you may need to open up your heart a little more that may need bringing and just releasing anything that you need to forgive forgive it.

You might need to also just allow anything that is blocking any old fears to just let go because love conquers fear.

Love is the ultimate reward and let yourself to be rewarded by the love that you are.

And there within the cells of your energy field let's experience heaven in every atom of your being.

We're going to go and let this energy field start within our feet and feel that energy field of heaven and all the cells of our left foot and our right foot.

Relaxing all of your body and allowing that heavenly energy to go into your left calf and your right calf feeling that heavenly energy expanding and healing anything that needs to be healed into your knees into your thighs into your beautiful torso with all of the chakras of energy that beautiful light field chakras of energy you're now being lit with that heavenly consciousness there in the root chakra.

Feel all of that lovely energy that you are present the spirit here in form to allow that energy field of heaven to come into your root chakra and clear anything that needs to be cleared so that you can experience the highest flow in the beautiful lotus chakra there that ruby red flower that exists there.

And now allow yourself to feel that astral beautiful peach orange energy field of your second chakra to be enlightened to let all of that energy there to be purified.

There's any fear old energy field and feelings that need to be healed.

Heal them now and allow this beautiful energy to continue on upward to your third chakra a beautiful golden field of energy that embraces you there and spins around through all of the lovely organs your liver your kidney your spleen your stomach is now full of that light and love of heaven.

You are a heavenly field in that chakra of energy now full of that lovely light and that light moves on up to your heart chakra that beautiful field of green now lit like an emerald field that you are in that's open in an infinite field of heaven where you can dwell with this love.

You are in a field in heavens love right here in your heart.

Sense that heavenly garden right there in your heart the beautiful fragrance of flowers and roses and the angels and the guardians surrounding you that beautiful energy field that is there right there right now in your heart of heart.

Allow yourself to feel that love that love that connects you to the one source of all love the love of God's presence that unconditional love is right here with heaven inside your heart right now.

And let your energy field be aware of how wonderful your throat chakra is that energy field of creativity that creative life force of blue energy there in your chakra that wonderful spirit that gives you the gift of inspiration the gift of being able to speak and sing and love and share your love through your communication.

Let that field totally be open right now and allow yourself to know that you are a sound a tone attuned to the beautiful music of the spheres that field of energy is there now in your head and you can see now as you move to your third eye chakra lovely lavender field and see with the eyes of God there within you this beautiful energy field allows you to see as God sees where you can see into the infinite where you can see the power and the beauty of angels of God of the goddesses of the astral realm of the mental plane of the soul field and also now to that union of you and that God energy there in your crown chakra that beautiful golden wonderful crown chakra is a light with radiant rays sparking out way into the universe you are now surrounded in an energy field of a rainbow color extending out beyond six feet extending out beyond your community extending out beyond the state extending up beyond your country extending out the entire world joined as one in this energy field that unites us all as one we are all now joined in this beautiful heavenly field of energy like a rainbow surrounding the entire planet let us see all the points of the planet lit up with this beautiful rainbow of heavenly energy as heaven merges with this beautiful planet earth as we see the next dimension of consciousness enlightening the planet right now in bringing this planet to fulfill its purpose and plan so that we can bring heaven to earth you are a being that is part of the planetary being that is part of the cosmic field of light and love allow this cosmic energy to now be enlightened in you right now feel that cosmic energy joining us all as one in this beautiful golden healing light that is all joined together in the cosmic energy of cosmic consciousness of god right now allow yourself to feel that cosmic connection of god here in you your presence that presence that is alive eternally is present right now right here in you and you can feel this enlightened consciousness allow yourself this gift allow yourself to feel this heavenly presence right now in you that kingdom of heaven that is glorious beyond words is present here and now in you you know you will experience this energy when you leave your body when you're able to transfer your soul light body into that energy of your soul and move through all of these heavenly realms many dimensions of the kingdom and the mansions of heaven that exist right here and now breathe it in bathe it in this lovely light and love of heaven let it purify every single part of your mind and your body and your emotions allow it to completely do whatever work that needs to be done right now in healing you completely and enlightening you completely and in feeling the love that is the answer and the key to everything now deeply breathe it in and absorb it allow that energy field to be absorbed by your total body your total form your emotions your mind and smile just smile with this lovely gift and i'm going to share this lovely poem it's actually more than a poem it's a prayer it's a prayer that was said by christ in the arabic form two thousand years ago i'll speak it in english first and then in the arabic father mother of the cosmos shimmering light of all focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath enter the sanctuary of our hearts uniting within us the sacred rays of your power and beauty let your heart's desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union on earth as it is in heaven help us fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others let us not enter forgetfulness fed by false illusions for from your astonishing fire comes the eternal song which sanctifies all renewed eternally in our lives and throughout all creation we seal these words in our hearts committed in trust and faith a mama a mama oh no that's Hawaiian a mama a mama oh no the prayer is free so i wanted to take some time now to talk to you about how in every moment of every day we have a choice we have the ability to express that love to express that kindness to express all of the heavenly qualities right here as we turn our small selves our ego selves over to our higher selves into God consciousness each one of you is part of this energy field each one of you is a being of spirit and light in form each one of you is a vehicle of love and in meditation each one of you can connect with this energy within this amazing gift this ability to unite your heart your being with that heaven within to experience the sacred rays of power and beauty that are present when we join in that consciousness together so what an amazing gift this is and as we experience this heaven within we also can connect with those who may have passed on loved ones friends so many so many this last year have made their transition and many through COVID-19 but many also from many other things it's been a time of many people many beings and many leaving this planet so I know some of you here have experienced that and I would just encourage you to when you go into this heavenly state of consciousness know that your loved one is in that heavenly realm in one of the many mansions that exist there in heaven and that you can indeed share your love that we were experiencing with them and you can be open to allowing that love that they're experiencing in that light and that bliss that they are experiencing you can allow them to be your conduit your guardian angels our loved ones would love us to experience the energy that they're experiencing in heaven thank you yes for your mothers for your sisters for your brothers for your family for your friends they would love you to so let's just take a moment or two before we close here to send any love and energy that we experienced in this open energy field of the consciousness of heaven we have this energy field we opened take a moment to send someone you know that's there in that heavenly energy field to send them your love to send them your gratitude they know when you are sending love and gratitude to them they feel and sense that spirit from you that love never dies that love you have for them is forever that love is a beautiful gift that you can share and give to them and if you trust enough be open to receive what they would love to share with you and if you take the time to be open to receive perhaps you will get a word a feeling a message that comes to you and if you do please take the time to write it down i meditate every day and i write down what i get every day i've been doing this for over 55 years and i have to say there's so many gifts that come i have this book i did which i shared with candace which is um i thought it was 300 pages and i looked again it's actually 500 pages yeah 490 pages angel blessings messages from heaven was just one i have six books all coming from the time in meditation all coming just because i took the time to write every day what down what came to me there's so many messages and gifts that you can get when you do that thank you candace i'm glad you're enjoying the book i just wanted to close this out here in the last minute with saying how precious each and every one of you are never limit yourself never limit the energy of love that you are do not limit your light let that light that you are shine so bright and so beautiful you have so many things you can do and every day you have is precious i know your loved ones on the other side would like to tell you that same thing today is a gift use your energy field and your day is that way that you could share the most beautiful gift you could ever gift enjoy this gift share this gift with others embrace this wonderful precious life that you have with love and with gratitude and with the deepest gratitude i would like to thank each and every single one of you that are present here today that took the time to be
