I'm Rev.
Cindy Paulus and I wanted to talk about higher realms.
All of the higher realms can actually be sent in energy ways and frequencies to be connected in this bridge that goes from the higher realms to the lower realms.
But it is interesting,
Very interesting,
That in the higher realms there are higher frequencies and energies and also different ways of seeing and being than when you are in the lower realms.
Now there's many,
Many,
Many,
Many realms of consciousness and of being.
I mean,
When you want to really go into the different realms,
You can even think of the mineral realm,
There's a mineral realm and a plant realm and the realms of the consciousness of the air and the fire and all the ways they relate to what you might be experiencing.
But as you go through all these realms,
You begin to understand just as you would as you travel around the world,
That even though there's major differences from what you might see in Africa,
In the third world country where there's not a lot of money,
Or you may travel to Beverly Hills or some very expensive exclusive areas where there may be a lot of money,
Or if you go to want to compare to places like New York City versus the country,
All of the different places in the world have different energies and frequencies and reasons people are there.
But behind all of that,
Behind all of that,
There is this interesting thing which has to do with the fact that there's still the same spirit.
It's just in different frequencies,
Energies,
Things that you might be dwelling in.
So you might not be comfortable in New York City,
But you might love to be living in a park area,
You know,
A beautiful area with lots of trees and country and streams.
And if you were also living in a place that was out in the country,
You may feel like a fish out of water.
And that's a very interesting term.
There's even some very interesting Zen poems about the fact that,
You know,
There's the realm of birds fly in the air,
And they don't,
Can't just exist in the water,
Obviously,
And there are beings in the ocean and waters that can't exist in the air.
At one time,
Though,
There were elements of what existed in the ocean that did grow into from dinosaurs and from dinosaurs actually found that birds have been evolved into that state.
So we see that there is this connection.
It's part of evolution,
As is our own mind and ability once we get to that point where we can be objective about it and aware of our awareness that we can influence our state of mind.
And we can,
When we learn in meditation,
We can imagine.
We can imagine being in places we've never been.
We can imagine being in heaven,
You know,
And I think you probably have been in heaven before,
So I don't want to say that separate,
But that imagination is a beautiful thing that we learn to evolve with,
Right?
I don't know if the fish can imagine being somewhere else.
I don't know if they can imagine being on the ground.
I don't think so.
I don't know if a bird can imagine being an animal.
It's an interesting thing because there are these variations we have to learn as we go through life and that we learn to navigate with what we've got and what we've been given by our DNA.
However,
Another point to this is that we've had,
In my belief and experience,
Many,
Many lifetimes.
So perhaps we have experienced being an animal.
Perhaps we have experienced being in another life,
In another country,
Being very poor.
Perhaps we have experienced being in a very wealthy situation,
You know.
So many lifetimes with so many different experiences and so many settings.
I have experienced myself in places in Egypt and Atlantis and Europe,
You know,
And early American Revolutionary War times and many lifetimes,
Many experiences.
Now in my soul's consciousness and awareness,
There are seeds of all of that that are present.
So we can then use everything we have been and learned,
Conscious or unconsciously,
When we tap into certain states of mind,
Different higher realms of being.
We can actually experience this amazing rainbow of different colors and energies and things that we have been in the past.
So there's so much there we can tap into.
Now in the higher realms of heaven,
In the higher realms of consciousness,
In the higher realms of cosmic consciousness,
There's not as much concern about going back.
I'd say because it feels so good.
If you're feeling really good and it's beautiful and you're in a lovely place,
Why would you want to go back to some place that's got very heavy energy,
Maybe possibly violent energy?
Violence,
My gosh.
In a higher realm,
The idea of violence is very different than what we might think of.
Now we see so much violence here on earth,
Right?
And from the higher,
Higher realms,
It seems that the earth could be almost barbaric in the fact that there's killings and that there's violence and that there's all this division and anger and hatred.
Now,
If we were in an angelic realm,
That may seem very undesirable to go back to.
I think you can understand that,
Right?
Why would you want to go to a place where people are killing each other?
Why would you want to go to a place where,
Oh,
There's so much division and anger and separation?
Except look at ourself in this world right now.
We are experiencing violence and anger through the news.
We see that.
We see it on movies and TVs and stories and even in some other music.
And yet there's so much beauty.
And yet we can meditate and we can experience bliss and we can experience this beautiful imagination that will take us to beautiful places.
And we can be aware of our awareness.
Many people say that that makes a difference between whether you're a human or an animal,
That animals aren't aware of their awareness.
I'm not sure I believe that.
I think in time we'll find that animals are aware of their awareness,
But you see enough,
Right?
I think they know what they're doing and what the result is going to get.
But we have this opportunity as a human being to be spirit in the higher realms and to be form with material realm and what we are on this energy of the earth plane.
This is an amazing gift.
And wouldn't you think if you have that ability,
You would want to be in that state of love,
Of bliss,
Of beauty.
And yet,
If you look at some of the teachers,
The great teachers and the masters,
If you look at Buddha,
If you look at Christ,
If you look at Babaji,
If you look at some of the great teachers,
Most of them have decided that yes,
They could have been in just the higher realms in that bliss,
But they've turned their back to the higher realms and have decided to help and be on this planet earth to try to help evolution to evolve us to a higher state of being.
It's a pretty amazing thing that they would give up that beautiful,
Wonderful feeling of the highest realms of heaven and come back to be here and to help the people who are stuck here.
And I say stuck because there are many,
Many,
Many,
Many,
Probably you,
If you're listening right now,
Beings who have experienced the higher realms and have come back.
Why?
To help.
To help others who have maybe forgotten how to get out of this place they're stuck in.
It's easy to get stuck here on earth.
There's so much distraction and division and temptations and ways you can exist even if you're not fulfilling your life's purpose to keep yourself going for a long,
Long time without that direct connection.
But in time you go,
I gotta get back.
I gotta get back and connect to that beautiful place within.
And you're given that gift where you can in meditation.
You can always experience it also with some beautiful music or beautiful poetry,
Some inspired videos or movies.
But I think the most direct way is through meditation.
And I find that I have to meditate every single day to make that connection because you can go out there and kind of spiral out of control and all of a sudden you're going,
Wow,
Wait a second.
I need to get back to center again.
I need to be aware.
I need to get back.
You know that feeling of getting back to where your true self is.
So thank God we can do this on a regular basis.
And thank God there are more and more and more people who are doing just this.
So let's take some time to get back.
I can't help but thinking of the Beatles songs,
Get back to where you once belonged,
Right?
Get back.
That's what I like to think of in that song,
Get back to where you once belong and get back to that place inside where the real you exists.
That soul within you that knows where you belong.
That soul within you that accepts and understands and connects you to that spirit that loves you unconditionally.
Ah,
Let's just go there.
Let's just breathe.
Breathing in,
Holding your breath,
And breathing out.
Letting go of any tension,
Any thoughts,
Let the thoughts drift by like clouds in the sky.
Just breathing in,
Holding your breath,
And breathing out.
No stress,
No worries,
No concerns,
Just love.
Breathe in a breath of love.
Fill your whole energy field with love,
A love infusion here.
And let a beautiful ray of light come from the highest source down through all of the energy fields and realms right to you here right now,
Connecting you to the higher realms.
Ah,
Breathing that light in and allowing yourself to be protected,
Going with your aura to the highest light,
Going up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
And connecting and bringing that,
Pouring that wonderful light down in a protective light around your entire body and mind to the root base of you and out your feet,
And in front of you and behind you,
On either side of you,
With nothing to worry about,
Knowing you are in a safe and beautiful protected space of light and love.
Now just be.
I'm not going to talk much here.
I'm just going to allow you to accept that place inside you,
That place where you can go in your soul,
In that spirit's presence,
Right here and right now.
Just breathing in this beautiful energy of light and love.
Being that light and that love.
Becoming that light and that love.
No separation.
Just being here now.
Merging yourself right here,
Right now.
Open the door to the highest realms of heaven.
Open that door and allow that energy from the highest realms to come to you right now.
Feel that energy.
Hmm,
A beautiful breeze just came in and surrounded my whole being here.
Feel that energy of spirit coming to you.
Be still.
Be still.
And experience.
Welcome it.
Feel it.
Thank that energy for coming to you right here and now.
Recognize it.
How precious,
How precious is this beautiful energy,
This presence of being.
Ah,
Breathe it in.
Let it go through every single cell in your whole body.
Feeling it re-energizing and restoring into healing and allowing you to bring this highest presence,
This highest realm of beingness into your body,
Into your mind,
And into your soul.
Until you're completely rooted and grounded from your body and mind to the highest realms of heaven in a beautiful rainbow bridge.
Filling you with the light of heaven.
Filling your aura with the beautiful rainbow light of purple and blue,
Green,
Gold,
Peach,
Red,
Rainbows of light present here right now in you.
Ah,
Just allow yourself to be here for a moment.
And slowly allow yourself to come back into your full consciousness.
Feeling good,
Feeling wonderful,
Feeling alive.
