A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Pollison.
I'm very happy to be here today talking to you.
I wanted to talk today a little bit about.
.
.
The inherent goodness.
Of people.
And the awareness of our goodwill.
And I think it's important for us to center.
And learn to allow our mind to be directed towards the good.
The good in people,
The good in the world.
The goodwill.
That can be present in ourselves and how we share it and how we see it and how we receive it.
It's so basic.
It's like kindergarten,
Right?
But what happens is.
.
.
There's so many layers of stuff happening with social media,
With TV,
With.
.
.
A lot of things that are now being controlled beyond our ability to even understand what's going on.
That we have a responsibility.
To monitor.
To monitor what we take in and what we put out.
And it's very simple,
But it gets very complex when it gets muddied by the waters,
The waters that are full of a lot of stuff that's gotten advanced in its implication of how it affects us in life,
Which a lot of it is social media,
I think.
So we have this monitoring system.
It's much more powerful.
Than any AI system.
And that is that inner system we have within us.
That allows us to control that input or reject that input.
Or clear that input.
I don't know if AI can do this or not.
I know it has input itself that it gives us.
I was shocked by a story on TV.
How much is the input coming?
From social media.
Exists through what's going and being planted by foreign countries,
China and others that are trying to exert their influence.
So we have to be careful.
About how we get manipulated without our even being aware of it.
And the most powerful way of doing that is just to go into the silence and to go within and become more aware.
More conscious.
With the ability to allow that light.
And that positive energy to direct us.
Into the good and into using goodwill and being inspired by goodwill.
And by being.
Graced the grace of that gift that exists within us.
To be able to receive that energy.
That is there.
Now,
That does take.
Monitoring as well ourselves to monitor what we are.
Allowing ourselves to think and feel in our direction of our energy.
I find that meditation is one of the most powerful things followed by,
I find in my mind,
Walking and getting out and being in nature.
I think there's such.
.
.
A powerful force in nature.
That can clear and give us energy and motivate us.
To energize us in a wonderful way.
I also feel that if we can pick what we listen to in music,
That that can really uplift us as well.
You have to go through a lot of choices to decide on how you're going to choose what you allow to input you.
But you,
At the bottom,
The most important part,
The bottom line,
Is that you can decide how to allow yourself to be influenced.
By what you take in and what you put out.
And that gift of being able to control the inner and the outer.
Takes a certain awareness that comes and again I go back to meditation that awareness is enhanced and it's clarified and it's able to be experienced.
If you can go within and allow that energy within.
To direct you.
To that inner self.
Now I talk short periods of time here,
But I make a point.
And I.
Meditate for an hour every day.
Now meditating for an hour.
Maybe a lot for a lot of people,
But set a time that works for you,
And it may take getting up earlier in the morning.
Before everything else takes away.
You're interesting your direction.
Life starts.
But most life starts a little bit later than seven o'clock in the morning.
Of course there's other places in the world where it's not 7 in the morning.
So you have to dedicate yourself to not being interrupted.
In the time you are there in the silence and meditating.
In other words,
That's your sacred,
That's your sacred time.
That's a valuable time.
And it's priceless.
And it's free.
So take that energy,
Take that time.
Allow yourself that precious gift.
A sacred gift.
Of going within and connecting.
With your highest self and that God self within.
And you will find yourself.
In a wonderful place,
A beautiful place.
That can actually benefit you immensely in so many priceless ways.
And I thank you so deeply.
I bow in deepest gratitude to you for being there and listening.
And I appreciate that so much.
So blessings always.
