A very big Aloha!
I'm Rev.
Cindy Palos and I love the word inspiration.
It's being in spirit and I have always followed that path of spirit and I find without fail that if you look within and you allow that energy within to guide you,
You will find inspiration.
It's amazing to me over all the years of everyday meditating that I can always go within and find something so very,
Very special that will relate,
You know,
That will actually inspire me.
I mean truly it's absolutely mind-blowing to me that this is a limitless gift that we can find when we go within and as we learn to do that and as we listen and we allow that spirit to guide us,
We are given some of the greatest gifts that we can find that are really priceless because inspiration really can't have a price on it.
It's an energy field that we tune into that feeds our heart and soul and feeding your heart and soul is so very,
Very important.
Now there's no doubt in my mind that we've been going through challenging times and have for a while now and it's very easy to get lost in all of that but we have a very clear choice to make.
Do we want to go down that rabbit hole where we can get lost in all of the things going on in the news in the world or do we want to go within and find that wonderful gift,
That priceless gift of inspiration to feed us and direct us?
And when we choose to find that inspiration through going within and through meditation or possibly by walking out in nature,
You know,
And being inspired or maybe something inspires us in a movie or a piece of artwork,
That inspiration is so,
So very important especially in times when there is a lot going on that is not inspiring.
So I just wanted to encourage you to not forget to be open to the inspiration,
That wonderful gift of inspiration that comes.
Now I've been doing music and spoken word pieces and writing music for quite a long time,
About 16 or 17 albums and I'm going to include a piece that I did about inspiration here to share with you and I want to thank you from the deepest part of my heart for allowing yourself to listen and to be inspired.
How does the muse communicate?
How does that song speak to our soul?
If we listen long enough,
Can we hear the music of the spheres and the sound of the world to be known?
And do we have the time?
To be still long enough to hear the answers we need to know so that we can inspire each other's hearts and souls.
What mellifluous moment reaps the muse?
And this strange magic?
What cosmic smile touches us and transforms us with new hope and a greater dream?
As the muse leads us deeper and deeper until we find we're free.
What zen is beyond all zen?
The hows and whys of when?
As we seek for answers to all of life's strange mysteries.
How does the muse communicate?
While waiting behind each and every breath is the pause that releases our past history and brings us the cliff notes which we can write.
It comes from a higher place.
One that can't quite be defined.
These words that are dictated by God's unpaid scrutiny.
A word that we can't describe with no copyright to claim.
It's yours and mine.
How does the muse communicate?
It's brought to us to find a way to share and inspire the world.
Where we merge with that higher state of mind.
What magic moment brings the muse to you and me?
