A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Palos.
I wanted to talk about the lesson.
It's more than a lesson,
The understanding as well as a lesson of forgiveness and acceptance.
And it's something you learn through life and life practice and you learn through survival.
And getting along with hard times.
I think when everything's going just fine and great and you're really happy.
May not be quite so important.
To understand the importance.
Of acceptance and forgiveness,
But as Life goes along and you have some challenges,
And you will in life.
Guaranteed there's going to be some challenges.
That how you face those hard times and those challenges.
With the ability to forgive.
And to accept.
Really can make a difference in your consciousness and your state of mind.
And it can be subtle.
But there's it's almost like there's a shadow.
That can come creeping in.
If you haven't cleared that out.
And it can happen in many ways,
You know,
Many,
Many ways.
It can be personal,
It can be relationship stuff,
It can be accidents,
It can be.
.
.
Some tragedy that happens.
Without fail,
There's so many ways it can happen in life.
And the thing is,
When you're going through it,
It's overwhelming,
And you could go through a lot of stages.
But it always comes back down to.
Not holding on to the anger.
And not holding on.
To the resentment.
And not holding on to the negative energy that occurs.
And this can be a lifetime practice.
This can be.
Something that is a regular daily practice that you experience.
In that understanding and that forgiveness.
But it is kind of the heart of the matter.
In that heart of yours.
Needs to have a clearing and an opening and a chance.
To be free.
Of the hurt.
And the anger.
And the pain that it's gone through.
And that takes so much strength,
You know,
And so much perseverance.
To do that,
That I understand totally that it is something that takes courage as well.
The thing is when you bury it and you don't experience it all the way,
It sometimes seems like you can get through without having to deal with it and you won't experience that pain.
But it can linger and it can hang on and it can be there and be there and be there and it can last years,
Years and years.
It can last a lifetime.
So it's best to clear it out.
And to address it and to face it.
And to be aware.
Of any kind of shadow.
That might be lingering,
That might just be there in your life.
And it takes perseverance.
It takes really good perseverance.
The continuing awareness then.
Okay.
I'm now aware of this.
And now I'm going to direct myself to facing it and dealing with it and understanding it.
It's like a project of sorts,
You know.
And I'll tell you something,
It can be so valuable and so important.
That there is such great value in understanding and going through that process and experiencing what it takes to forgive and to accept and to let go.
And if it is daily,
Well,
That's just fine.
If it takes a daily practice,
That's part of your practice.
And I have found that this is something that is so valuable and so important,
But what you have to count on.
Is that inner strength.
The inner power.
That inner Ability.
To go through this and accept it and get past it,
Deal with it.
It is so important that I just want to understand.
Let you understand that it is not easy.
It's not going to be easy,
But it is so valuable.
And I really think the best way to do it is to take time.
To make it a daily practice,
To really always check in.
With that part of yourself,
Ask yourself,
How are you doing with this?
How is that forgiveness and how is that clearing?
And how is that acceptance and clearing going?
And it's kind of like checking the weather.
It's kind of checking the temperature.
What's happening there?
And when you do that,
Then you address it,
Then you start to.
Feel like you're not a victim.
Then you begin to accept that you can direct yourself through this and you can.
Actually get through this in a way that it's really nice to know that you have that ability to do this.
And I really want to thank you for just taking the time.
A lot of people don't want to hear it.
They only want to hear the good stuff.
I understand.
I'm the same way.
But at the same time,
I have to realize,
Okay,
I'm going to be dealing with this.
I'm going to handle this.
I'm going to face this.
I'm going to practice forgiveness.
I'm going to practice understanding.
I'm gonna practice letting go and letting God be in control.
It's a practice that is a valuable one,
My friend.
So I bow in the deepest of gratitude to you for your strength and your ability to deal with this.
And to face it.
And to practice that important ability to forgive and to let go.
And I send you my love and my deepest blessings.
