A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Palos,
And it's a fascinating journey on this life that we go through when we begin to try to understand what's really going on.
It goes on forever.
I've been doing it a long,
Long time,
And I do find that I am continually starting to realize how much more there is to learn,
How much more there is to understand,
How much more there is to forgive and to let go.
You peel the onion,
And it goes deeper.
You're more and more peeling,
Peeling,
Peeling,
Peeling off.
It's a really amazingly deep journey that you get into when you start to try to find what's inside.
I think that's what's kept me going all these years and has kept me fascinated is how much more there is to find inside and to discover about who we are and how we live our lives.
It's an interesting journey.
On top of that,
You have to be able to trust the process.
You have to have enough faith.
You have to have enough understanding to say,
There's more.
I get it now.
I'm going to learn a little bit more,
And there's more.
You become humble.
You become humble after all of that because you see all the times you thought you had it down and understood what was going on.
Unfortunately,
When you get to some point there,
You start to think that you know more than other people and that you're maybe a little bit better,
Wiser,
Smarter than them.
Then you find out,
Oh gosh,
No,
There's more.
That takes this perseverance and to be able to persevere and to persevere and to let go and to understand and to forgive yourself and to learn more and to learn more is quite an amazing journey through life.
I think that might be why we're here.
I feel that's kind of my purpose in life is to keep learning and to understanding and to growing and to having that compassion for myself and for others to be able to understand that journey and that process of understanding of how much there is to learn and how useless it is to try to judge yourself or to judge others,
But to just accept this is the process.
This is what we're going to be doing and that is a beautiful thing.
Truly,
It's miraculous sometimes.
It just absolutely blows my mind how much is there.
I did a piece of music I'm going to share with you that relates to that,
I feel,
And I hope you enjoy it.
At the pause of why?
At that moment of turning away to turn back again and face what is observed in the heart of what might be feared inside.
A moment of seeing the very true meaning of how we can deal with this tricky act of being that has led us to this point.
There is an opportunity that we have to say it's all right and then we know we can understand and we open up to embrace the love in our fellow man.
In this experience of living,
We can smile and start over again.
For every day we have another chance.
If we create an opening,
Then there is an opportunity to grow.
And then we learn what we need in life by whatever life can show.
And perhaps the reason why.
And that is where faith comes in,
With the true blessings of God to know.
