A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Paulus and it's just about Christmas Eve here.
I'm on Maui and blue sky and a lot of wind out,
A lot of wind blowing today.
And Christmas Eve is always a very special time for me.
And it may be for you too,
I'm not sure when you'll be listening to this,
Most likely way after Christmas Eve.
But I do want to take some time to share that amazing energy that we choose to call in at this time.
It's really a special gift.
We have so many,
So many wonderful gifts.
But there are times we set aside in our life for recognizing special gifts,
Right?
Birthdays,
Yeah,
Birthdays,
Right?
Anniversaries,
If you have an anniversary.
But the holidays,
The holy days are also very special.
So when we approach those days,
We could have attitudes towards them.
Maybe we're expecting a lot of things,
Maybe we're not,
Maybe we're feeling emotions,
Maybe we're not.
But it's good to take some time and go inside and connect with what's going on.
It always is a good time,
I know always.
But there is something about these special days in your life.
So I'm going to do a meditation,
Then a little talk.
But we're going to call in a special energy for this meditation.
We're going to call in that amazing energy of the celebration of the birth of Christ.
And that amazing story that comes with the birth of Christ on Christmas.
And that wonderful gift that we're given in believing that there is this certain magic that happens,
Right?
And that birth of Christ is similar to the birth of Christ in you.
And that birth of Christ in you is present at any time.
The Christ within you is an energy that is very special.
That Christ-dom within you is possible to accelerate,
To recognize,
And to achieve.
The problem is a lot of us don't think we're worthy of it.
And that can be an issue.
If you don't think you're worthy of being able to achieve that same light,
Then you're missing.
You're missing out on that whole message,
Which was that you have the same gift in you.
And Christ himself said that.
Be ye as Christ,
And you can be that same energy.
And you can attain that same energy if you believe.
You have to believe.
So let's go inside and let's take some time to believe in ourselves.
Breathing in.
And just letting go and being totally aware of that inner energy as you breathe deeply in and you breathe out.
Sense anything that's going on in your body.
Breathing in,
Holding your breath and releasing that breath.
If there's any tightness in your shoulders,
Just let that whole field of energy there be relaxed.
Send an energy of light and love and that beautiful energy there,
That lovely energy within your shoulders and your neck to be relaxed.
Breathing deeply in and letting that energy go down to the whole spine,
To the base of the spine and on down the legs,
The knees,
The calves and the toes,
Till you are in a complete field of wonderful energy.
And see yourself surrounded by a brilliant white light,
A brilliant white light.
A brilliant white light that's way above you and below you and either side of you and in front of you and behind you.
And you are that brilliant light.
You create that light.
That light comes from within you and it surrounds you and protects you.
What a wonderful gift this light of light is.
So be grateful for that gift of light surrounding you.
Now breathe deeply in and just expand your consciousness and allow your whole energy around that head chakra,
The third eye and the top of the head.
Allow that energy to be full of that lovely light,
That beautiful light of love that is present.
That is where that energy receives energy from that highest light and that deepest source of love.
Activate that energy.
How would you activate that energy within you?
You can call on that energy to activate it.
You can ask,
Very simply ask that highest energy to be present,
To be present in your awareness,
In your awareness of your light and your energy of who you are.
And as you do this,
See how that feels as you activate your own inner power,
Your own inner gift,
Your own inner love,
Your own inner light and tie it into the ultimate light and love of all.
That deepest connection to that source,
That wonderful source of all light and love that you have within you.
What a wonderful gift that light and love within you is.
It's a precious gift.
It's a priceless gift.
It's a gift that was given to you and it's alive in your own soul.
Your soul has that beautiful gift within.
Allow your soul to be connected to that ultimate love and that ultimate unlimited light that is the brightest light of all light.
Expand that light.
Expand it.
Expand it.
Expand it.
And allow that beautiful gift of light,
That wonderful precious gift of that holy light to be alive,
Alive in you.
To love yourself and to see that light of who you really are is a great gift.
Can you receive that gift?
Can you receive that precious energy to love yourself and to allow that light of all lights to be present?
This is a wonderful way of achieving that enlightenment in that light of being knowing that you are that light and you are worthy of that light.
And behold,
You can embrace that light and call that light who you are and recognize that is a gift alive in you to call upon.
Embrace that gift.
Embrace that wonderful energy.
Allow that energy to completely be present in all aspects of your beingness.
Breathe it in.
Absorb it.
Recognize it.
Now allow yourself to send that light out to someone you love.
Send that light out to the soul of the other one that you love.
And let that energy that you send out amplify itself as it comes back to you.
So that you can recognize that field of energy grows as you share that light and love that you are.
Breathe it in.
Allow yourself to be present in that very precious light and love that you are.
As you slowly come back,
Slowly return,
And as you do,
You can choose to continue to listen as I talk.
I'm going to talk a little bit about this precious gift that you are.
If we realize and we recognize that we are part of the ultimate light and the ultimate love,
That we are part of that creative force,
That we're never separate from that creative force,
That it's there with us.
It's inside us.
And when we recognize it,
We can expand it.
Then we have to question,
How do we limit?
Are you limiting that light that you are?
Are you limiting or doubting that love that you are?
If you are,
Is there anything you would like to recognize to remove that block,
That doubt of that light within you,
The doubt of that ultimate love within you?
Do you feel worthy to accept this gift?
What would it take for you to accept this gift wholeheartedly?
I love that term wholeheartedly.
With all of your heart,
100%,
100% wholeheartedly.
Ah,
It's a precious gift.
The more you believe you are part of that light and love,
And the more you accept it,
The more you can share it,
And the more you can be lifted by it,
And the more you can recognize it also in others.
What a wonderful gift.
What a very precious gift.
You are that gift,
My friend.
