Place Yourself Upon The Altar

This is a talk, affirmation, prayer, and meditation to find yourself worthy to be loved by God. Can you allow yourself to love your self as God loves you? Often we reject and do not allow ourself to be loved as God Loves us. Place yourself upon your and Gods' altar.

Aloha, My friends. I'm Reverend Cindy Palos, And I'm going to be talking today about an inner lesson of honoring ourselves as we honor God. If you've been on the path a long time, You've learned the blessings from many teachers and guides and people in your life, Sometimes the ones that give you a hard time. Sometimes we have a hard time loving ourselves and placing ourselves upon the altar. And in this session today, We'll be doing an affirmation prayer and meditation that will allow us to love ourselves as God loves us, To place ourselves upon the altar. We'll start with some affirmations. Place yourself upon the altar. Affirmations replace yourself upon the altar. I place myself upon the altar that holds the living flame of God's love. I let my soul receive the same love and light that I have been seeking. I allow myself to receive the same love and light I have been offering to God. I see that love and light is being offered to me. I allow myself to see the truth of who I am. I forgive myself and bless myself. I remember to place myself upon the altar. Thank you, God, And so it is. Prayer to place yourself upon the altar. Dear Lord, I thank you for all the ones of spirit who have come to shine their light on me. All the line of teachers and the masters, All of those who work on the way to help us be awakened to the one truth. I ask to see myself as you see me. I ask to realize the love you have as I place myself upon the altar to love my life as only the masters can. And I heard these whispers come to me. All the nameless ones who came here to master how this world does work, To teach you how to get past the illusions and distractions that fill this space on earth, To all those who found that they were looking for more than what was out there and stopped in silence here to pray. For all those who are yet to come and need to help others to find their way, There is something that is true in light. There is something that sees you through. There is something everlasting in every life when you find that timeless moment of inner truth. And perhaps there is a smile that comes. And perhaps it is oh so near. And perhaps there is the answers that you seek waiting within you right here. And what was important yesterday slips to where you are right now. And in this very moment you find out with a breath and a whisper, The whys and the hows. And you find that secret you've been looking for where the eternal truth of truth is held. For within every lonely traveler there is waiting beyond the grasp of the mind. All the ones of spirit there to guide you on your way through all of space and time. They greet you with the blessings of wisdom held within the universe and reveal God's true love divine. Through all the shadows of the mind the heart calls out for that light throughout space and time. And it will lead you to the place of God's true altar. To be guided by that I am that I am to that true path inside. Meditation to place yourself upon the altar. Take some deep breaths in, Breathing in, Holding and releasing any tension, Any thoughts, Any concerns. Breathe in and breathe that haa breath out. Breathe in aaa, Aaa. Breathe in and be grateful for all the teachers and all the masters and all the guides and all the ones that have led you here throughout space and time. Breathe in their blessings. Be alive in their blessings right now. And ask yourself, Can you love yourself enough to be loved by God? Can you realize that you are loved by God right now? Can you stand and accept the anointing? Let your life be totally one body, Mind, Heart and soul. Breathe this in. Feel that oneness, That perfection in uniting with your body, Your mind and your soul. Be in that presence and merge with that one light of God. So you may emerge as one with the love that you have for God. And know and feel right now that same love for yourself. See yourself right now in this very moment as God sees you. Accept all of your imperfections, Accept all of who you are and do not deny that truth of who you are. You are a beloved of God, My friend. Can you believe enough to accept that? The gift of this Holy Grace given to you? And can you allow yourself to honor this moment of anointing and accept that this is your true destiny? Can you place yourself upon the altar and say, Yes, I am worthy of God's great love. Be in that love right now and feel it. Feel yourself accepting the embrace of God's great unconditional love. Feel the blessing of this love and see yourself placed upon the altar and thank yourself for all the work you have done to just be here present right now to receive God's great anointing of this love. Accept with thanks the work that your body, Mind and soul has done for this life and feel that blessings that you have accepted and say from your heart of hearts, Thank you God for this gift of creation in being. Thank you God for allowing me to see how you love me and thank you for allowing me to love myself as you love me. Breathe it in, Feel it. Visualize yourself right there on the altar for you are right here and now on that altar. Thank you God and so it is.
