And I wanted to do a meditation today.
It's a little different.
I wanted to go into meditation and explore accepting yourself.
Understanding yourself.
And then loving yourself.
I feel this is very important.
And sometimes we don't really.
Consider the fact of how important that love is.
Is,
That understanding is.
The wisdom that comes from understanding yourself and loving yourself.
The basis is that if you can,
Love yourself as God loves you.
Then you can learn to.
Love others as well.
And it takes so many elements.
It takes a lot of understanding and forgiveness.
And seeing the bigger picture.
So we're going to go into meditation to explore the depth of that.
And as always,
We get comfortable.
In a seated position,
Whether it's on the floor with your legs crossed or whether you're in a chair.
And it's so lovely to just,
Um.
.
.
Check in with your body,
Right?
Allow yourself to sit here.
And to breathe in.
And as you do this breath in,
Hold it for a second at the top of your breath and then let it out.
Just allowing yourself to get into that rhythm of breathing in.
And breathing out.
As you do this,
I'm noticing the birds outside making their songs.
It's morning here in Maui.
I've got some pretty active little birds out there.
Breathing in.
Holding and releasing your breath,
Breathing out.
And as you do this,
Just allow yourself to go deeper.
And check your whole alignment out.
How are you sitting?
There's your spine,
Eric.
Allow yourself to let that light that is the wonderful protective light in front of you,
Behind you,
Above you,
And below you.
Ah,
And just allow that protective,
Wonderful white light to be all around you.
Hmm.
And go deeper still.
Into that safe,
Sacred place within.
To me,
It feels like home.
How do you feel when you go within in this wonderful place when you meditate that you go within to?
Can you allow it to feel like your true home?
And allow that presence of your soul.
To come within your consciousness.
You might sense an expansion of your awareness as you do this.
Breathing deeply in.
Holding your breath and breathing out.
And feel at peace.
As we explore our consciousness.
Breathing deeply in.
And directing yourself to be aware of that conscious awareness,
That self within the self,
That higher self,
Your soul,
Precious soul of light,
Allowing that soul to be present as you breathe in and out.
There was a wonderful song by Sting,
Let Your Soul Be Your Pilot.
Let your soul guide you on the way.
Such an insightful song.
So true.
And let our soul be our pilot.
Our guide along the way.
And now allow yourself to connect to the source of your soul,
What your soul connects to.
That inner source of that inner light and love within.
From the one source of all.
Can you sense a difference in the energy?
Your awareness.
Take a moment to allow yourself to be aware.
Of the presence of love within.
Is there anything in your inner consciousness,
In your inner awareness?
That blocks that love,
That might dilute or not feel able to accept that love that is there within you.
How does your heart feel with this love?
Allow yourself to love yourself as God loves you unconditionally.
What a wonderful gift that is to be able to feel that precious love.
That unconditional love.
Can you share?
That love that you have that's present within.
And send that love out to someone that is precious to you.
Breathing in and allowing that love to be sent out.
Let that love return.
Back into your heart of your heart.
Right there within you.
Accept that loving gift that you have there.
You are a precious flower of light.
That grows from the source of all light and love.
See yourself as that precious flower of light and love.
What a wonderful gift that is to share with the world.
And you don't need to hide it or protect it or be afraid of it.
It's a beautiful flower that anyone would appreciate.
Receiving an energy.
Let that flower be accepted 100% as you slowly come back into your conscious awareness.
Leaving that doorway open too.
Bring a message,
Something that might have occurred to you while you were in that place of light and love within.
And as you breathe out.

And in and out,
Slowly come back to your mind and your awareness.
This present moment of now and being here now.
And I wanted to say thank you for sharing your light and love with me and the world.
