Love All Of Who Tou Are Beloved

Try are a precious gift from the Source. That Source has an unlimited capacity to be able to experience the love within. As you accept that love thy are able to share it more with others and the world

Aloha, My name is Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to do a little talk and mostly a meditation today on the gifts that we have of being aware of that wonderful gift of our soul and our presence within and that light that's always there shining within us that we can see reflected out in the outer world. I have been blessed to do these talks for quite a few years now and my life has changed in the course of that time quite a bit as probably yours has as well. These are very interesting times and I have been aware that it's more important than ever to be grateful for what we've got and to focus on the good that is present and there is always good present rather than getting drawn into the negative or challenging things that go on in life and it's not that we can avoid dealing with some of the things we have to deal with. I just did my taxes but you know you do them and then you you know you realize oh I got my taxes done that's good so there's but there's always a good that we can find. The thing is it's interesting as we can get so bombarded by what we see on the news or what's in the world out there that we can get drawn down into a very concerned state and then in the interest of being aware of what's going on we can get pulled into that section hole that brings us down and I have to say I think it's good to be aware of what's going on in the world. I really think it's important to be aware of what's happening in the world but the challenge is not to get drawn into the stuff that goes with it right the drama the drama of the Dharma. So what do we do we meditate right we go inside and we find that blessed place inside us where we can find that inner truth and that light that shines always. That may take a little navigating to get through the stuff in our mind but that's what we learn to do you know that's what we're going to do right now and I always love to start with breath work and just taking some very deep breaths in just to do a clearing here you breathe in deeply and you hold your breath and you become aware as you're holding the breath of your body and then you breathe out deeply. Breathing in deeply and holding the breath and then breathing out just simply nothing to do but breathing in holding and breathing out and being here now as we breathe in and we hold and we breathe out and my neck just cracked as it always does as I become aware of my alignment. Breathing in holding and breathing out ah ah and that presence within as we breathe in and we breathe out we're going to take a moment to put a wonderful protective white light all around us way above us through us down below us on either side in front and behind that perfect beautiful protection of that white light from our highest source within protecting us on the outside as well and we're grateful for that wonderful light and as we go in deeper here we allow that inner self to be present in our awareness. What are you becoming aware of as you breathe in and you breathe out and there might be thoughts that cross your mind but they're just crossing like clouds across the sky they drift past if you let them go they'll move on and you always stay in that presence that blessed inner presence and you become aware of the energy in the presence of now what energy are you becoming aware of allow yourself to bring that highest self within you that energy of who you are from your soul level to your conscious level right now who are you and you might find that wonderful presence is a unifying force that is universal and that's a gift allow that universal highest self that is there within your soul to connect you to the one source that feeds all energy throughout the entire universe it's an amazing force field that we live in this infinite field of love and light just send your love and gratitude to this infinite field that you are love the love that's there and you that connects you with the love that's within all breathe it in breathe out as you slowly allow yourself to bring that love to all parts of your being this love yourself beloved love yourself for who you are except all of yourself slowly allow that entire awareness to come back into your whole beingness into your body into your mind and you might have a thread of a thought that might come to you that I always love to encourage you to write down because that thread helps build that conscious level from your conscious self to your highest self from your highest self to your conscious self the antahkarana that is the thread that continues to always be there for you and as you do that allow that energy to inspire you as you inspire me by being here with a bow of deepest gratitude and love I thank you
