I'm Coming Home

This is a special piece I wrote about that time when we face the turning point when your time here is done and you face. the true home that exists for all. I wrote this for a dear friend and had it recorded by another friend who has now passed on.

A few years back I did a piece called I'm Coming Home and I did it for a friend to record and just maybe about four or five years after he recorded this indeed he passed on. So it has even deeper meaning to me now and it has a very special meaning in the fact that we have a true home that's an eternal home that isn't a passing home as our life here on earth is. Our life here on earth is is quickly passing and I know many people including myself now as I get older look back and go gosh it went by so fast you know we've heard that before it went by so fast and so then we look back and go wow okay what was our life like we reflect on how we fulfilled our purpose here on earth what our life was like our friends and what's most important to us but at the same time we need to find that space of inner peace that space that's so very sacred where you make and come to terms with yourself and look forward to the next journey on your true home and I'm gonna play a piece that is very special called I'm Coming Home. I feel the light of the master reaching out for me I see the path that opens to a way I can be I'm coming home again back into your heart I'm coming home again with love I can start to find a way to be one with the light I'm coming home again let me do my part I'm at last so close so close that I know that with your love to guide me there's only one way to go I'm coming home to you at last I can be with a love that heals and sets my soul free I'm coming home again for my struggles are all done at last I can see the rising of the Sun the dark night is over my journey now is done with the path that leads me it's now begun I'm coming home to you I feel your embrace a new day has come I feel hope back in place so open your heart and give your love to me it's finally time to set your spirit free and come at last to me
