
Finding Blessings In Life
In challenging times there is a gift in finding blessings in your life. Blessings are present if we open and allow you inner self to see them. By Opening your mind to a higher perspective you can allow the magic and gift of life to be experienced.

Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about blessings.
We've been going through some testing times and I've seen many people starting to get very,
I don't know the word,
Down or depressed or concerned.
There's things that happen when you see yourself in testing times.
But there is a way to counteract that energy and that feeling that happens and that is by understanding blessings.
Blessings overpower.
They have the gift to let you be aware that there are things that happen when you are going through difficult times,
Challenging times or changing times as we are going through.
And the blessings come in ways that we then can see the good and how we can actually understand from a higher perspective what we're going through.
And that changes the energy field.
That changes the entire focus of feeling like a victim or feeling like,
Well for many people actually,
People have been angry or upset or very concerned and some feel kind of lost and questioning.
But if you can see the blessings in situations that are hard times situations,
Then you can really overcome some of the perspective that the average situation might have programmed into your mind from what we call good and bad.
Now this is not an easy thing,
But it works.
Okay,
So I know some people might even think you're just being really ridiculous thinking that this is a blessing.
However,
It's always been throughout,
I think all time,
Through the challenging and the hard times and the hero's journey,
There's always been that situation that you have to overcome the most difficult times to reach the happy ending.
Now,
I don't even know quite what you might define as happy ending or what you might even consider hard times.
It's all relative,
Right?
But,
But we do all know that sometimes we have to be taken out of our comfort zone to actually go beyond the normal buzzing along and not being aware that there has to be something else done.
And that's not always pleasant being at it.
We like our comfort zones.
Come on.
I know we like our comfort zones where we can just buzz along and have things status quo.
But throughout all of history,
Throughout all of time,
There have been these patterns that happen that we can't just live in the comfort zone because when we live too much in our,
That zone where everything is just okay,
We don't have to go beyond our challenges.
That we don't go beyond our challenges and we kind of just go into a Maya state of just surviving and thinking everything's good and not striving for more.
And we,
Striving for more,
Of course,
Are relative to what do you think striving for more means,
You know?
I'm not talking about striving for more cars or striving for more things.
I'm talking about striving for more in your life.
And that includes more consciousness,
More love,
More understanding,
More of the good stuff that is really important in the long run.
Okay?
So it's,
It's who can make it for the,
In the long run,
Right?
And that doesn't mean the status quo per se.
So we go into the spiritual field or we go into the,
That state where we have to understand what's going on.
And many times it's through that place that we can find more.
More of the stuff that brings our whole being up.
More of the stuff that brings our expansion of consciousness up.
Now,
I don't know why.
I don't know why that our humanity and our state of mind and people have to kind of be pushed into that state to,
To go beyond the hard stuff and go beyond that,
The maya.
You know,
It's,
It's can be maya and the illusion and the dream is,
Is kind of for many people a wonderful place to be.
But sooner or later,
We find throughout time and history,
You have to wake up to a little bit more of what's going on.
And I think,
I think we're in those times.
I think we're in those times that go,
Okay,
Okay,
Now,
Now what do you do?
Now,
What do you do?
You know?
And so it's interesting because I think some people thought that by having more and more AI,
You know,
More of that ability to have things done for us easily,
That we'd be advancing.
I have never been sure of that.
I mean,
I know that AI is doing more than we can even imagine.
Now it's kind of mind blowing what AI is doing more and more and more and more and more,
But AI cannot make you happy.
AI cannot call upon that inner soul and that self to overcome what you might be going through in a time of depression.
At least not that I know of yet.
I mean,
I'm not saying that that won't get to that point.
It might.
I don't know.
I can't even guess where AI is going to go.
AI is doing more and more and more stuff for people.
But at this point,
It's us that have to go within ourselves.
And at this point,
It's how we then,
When we go inside ourselves,
Are willing to dive deep.
How far do we want to go?
Do we want to just be quickly superficial and okay and just kind of doing it quickly?
I think there are,
I've seen people do this.
Oh my gosh.
I don't know.
I think I saw it on TV or someplace.
You can do your meditation in one minute,
You know,
It's like one minute meditation.
It's like,
Well,
Okay.
You know,
If you can do it in one minute,
Well,
Okay.
But,
You know,
It takes sometimes,
It takes a little deeper dive to really get to that place where you are able to get through all your realms and what we've put there and so many states that we've created that sometimes keep ourselves from going too far.
I think there's a basic fear that a lot of people have by what would happen if we go too far.
I just want to feel good.
I don't want to go that far where I kind of have to change my life.
I understand.
I really do.
Because I've been having to change my life a lot lately.
And it isn't always really pleasant or comfortable to have to change your life.
But at the same time,
If you didn't change,
You know,
Maybe just being in that zone you're in is not enough to evolve further and to actually understand more and to get to the next level.
I mean,
This is happening with evolution,
Time after time after time after time,
Right?
And we're going through some major shifts.
You're going through some,
There's no doubt in my mind that we're going through some major shifts right now.
And so we really need to go maybe more than a minute,
You know,
Maybe more than just the pleasant stuff,
You know,
That's nice,
You know,
Breathing deep works,
You know,
Breathing in and breathing out is always really powerful and it really works.
But then you have to go,
Am I going past that initial just surface level,
Right?
The surface level of just kind of cruising,
You know,
The cruise control.
Am I going past cruise control in my meditation?
And in my life,
Am I going past cruise control?
Am I really achieving what I came here for?
And do you even remember what you came here for?
I was like,
Oh my God,
Am I getting to that point where I can understand what I came here for and why I came?
It's not always easy.
It's not always easy to do,
Especially if you've worked really hard to be comfortable in your life and whatever you're doing.
And that's fine being comfortable,
But sooner or later things will happen that will cause you to think twice.
I mean,
Any death in the family,
Excuse me,
Anything that happens on a deeper level,
And it happens,
You can't stop people from dying.
You know,
Anything that happens in your situation with love in your life or your relationships can't always be controlled,
You know,
That there can be changes there.
Life will bring you changes and then,
And then,
And then,
And then,
And then,
How do you deal with them?
How do you understand what's going on?
How do you adjust?
How do you,
How do you get to the point where it's like,
Okay,
What's going on,
You know,
And what do I do about what's going on?
I think meditation can really help you with this.
If you do it in a way where you are very open to getting answers.
Now,
If you don't want answers,
You won't get answers.
If you don't want to go deeper within,
You won't go deeper within.
You know,
It's pretty amazing how our whole system works.
We're programmed to go to the point we want to go and no further.
And that's a good thing,
You know,
Because you don't want to be taken by surprise deeper than you can handle.
And that'd be a little hard.
So,
You know,
You don't have to go deeper.
But what would happen if you did?
Did you ever get curious about that?
What if I was to go to the next level?
What if I was to go past the superficial level in my meditation?
What if I were to really go to that source within?
What if I were to go to that place in the silence where there's so much more?
What would happen?
Let's ponder that.
Just allow yourself to take a few moments.
Need to breathe.
It was good.
Yeah,
I was breathing.
Ah,
Just go within and go within and open that door within.
Open that space within the space to the place there within where that light connects you to that light of lights.
Where that light of lights allows you to see the unseen.
Allow it to come into all levels of your being and your mind and your feelings,
Your soul,
Aligning with who you really are.
That magic place within where you know the unknown.
Let's just dwell there.
Let's create that safe space where you feel okay and you feel that you can allow yourself to go a little further than you usually go in meditation.
Surrounded by white light.
Surrounded by that power of protection.
Just being.
Just being.
Find the blessing in being.
Find the blessing in being alive here now.
So,
And embrace that blessing and let it completely make you aware of how blessed you are.
Think of all the blessings you have in your life.
Take a moment.
What are some of the blessings you have?
It could be your family.
It could be something creative that you're surrounded by.
It could be something of beauty.
It could be so many things because we are blessed.
Beyond our awareness level,
We are blessed.
So,
Take a moment to allow yourself to be aware of how blessed you are.
Now,
Breathe that blessing in.
Just breathe it into all of your whole being,
Your body,
Your mind,
From your soul to you.
A deep,
Deep blessing of love.
And just allow yourself to feel that gift of those blessings in your life.
And slowly come out of meditation.
Slowly come out of that place and allow yourself to feel good.
To feel blessed.
To know that there's so much more than we usually are aware of.
And we can go as far and as deep as we choose to be.
That is a blessing.
So,
