A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Palos and I have always been a person who understands and loves the power of peace.
And I have found that through time.
Going into meditation.
And making a daily practice of going inside himself.
Exploring what's there inside you can find.
Truth of peace,
The center of peace,
That core.
That holds peace within you.
Now the thing is,
The mind is.
.
.
The mind is besieged by a lot of things that are going on that we take in.
Throughout the day and when we're watching movies or TVs and having conversations and exploring what's on our different sites we go to.
So it takes a bit to clear everything out,
Which takes more patience to find that clearing place where you can find that state of peace.
And it's easy to get.
Waylaid,
Distracted.
By the thoughts as you're clearing them out.
So I have found,
For me,
That I have to spend more time.
In meditation.
And have the perseverance to get to that place of peace.
It's like you have to navigate.
You have to learn how to navigate.
Everything going on just so you can get to that place of peace within.
There's always something that is like wanting attention,
Right?
Without fail,
There's things that are there that we're going to beep at you and let you know.
You know,
This story's coming up,
That story's going on,
And you just have to have that perseverance that furthers.
And if you do,
If you give yourself enough time.
And have that.
I'd say that that set intention.
To direct yourself.
To that place of peace within you.
You will then find that opening that is so valuable.
That it's so important.
In that inner journey.
That place of peace within.
And we can get so much from that opening to that place of peace and being in that state of peace.
And I'm encouraging you to really.
Have that perseverance to find that place of peace within.
That will take you there.
Now we'll do a meditation here.
Including some of the steps that I use to get into meditation,
Which includes being comfortable.
And being aware of the body.
And I find that always helps to do the breathing,
The breathing in.
And holding the breath and just breathing out.
And I always noticed that.
As I'm breathing,
I become more aware of what's going on in the body.
And it may take a little time to just go through the body,
You know,
From the toes and the ankles and the calves.
The knees and the thighs and the hips and the lower back and the different chakras from the base of the spine on up.
To just let them all become aligned.
You might find that they're not aligned.
You know,
Many times we're not aligned.
But as we're going within,
You allow yourself to come to that center that aligns you.
And you find yourself feeling that opening as you get more aligned.
And center.
And as you do that.
.
.
You continue on to being aware of what is connecting you inside.
To that inner self.
It's like you have a compass.
I'm a pilot.
You go to that pilot within.
And set your compass on that inner self.
And it works beautifully just to take you within through everything.
Breathing deeply in and aligning everything and being aware of what's going on inside.
As you go to that center core place of peace within you.
There is that place of peace within you and it dwells within your soul.
I wrote a song about that.
Don't you find that place of peace within you?
You can just let everything else go and just.

Be in that peace.
And be in that light.
And be in that core.
That very,
Very wonderful place of light.
That flows through that state of being at peace.
This is a precious gift.
Just dwell in peace.
Allow all of who you are to be at peace.
Breathing it in.
And expanding.
Breathing it out.
Let yourself feel good.
Hmm,
Feels very good to be present here now with you.
Birds outside.
And it makes me aware of how precious.
Each and every breath is and each moment is.
What a wonderful gift we are able to have here inside in this place of peace within.
Breathing in.
And letting it flow.
And sending that peace out to the world.
See it encircling the world.
See the world centered in peace.
Ah,
It feels so good to let the whole world be at peace and sending your love and peace to the world and let it come back to you a hundredfold.
Breathing it in,
Just letting everything else go.
Just that wonderful gift of gratitude.
Ah.
I am so very grateful to you.
For taking the time.
To take that moment of peace.
And be aware of it.
Now you can stay in this place of peace as long as you wish.
And know you can always come back to it.
If you take the time throughout the day,
Take up maybe a lunch break with peace.
And at the end of the day,
Return to that place of peace within.
It's a wonderful gift to be able to be at peace.

Take a few deep breaths.
Light a candle if you can.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
And relax,
Let go of any distractions or fear,
Frustrations.
Breathe in peace.
Let each breath bring you deeper into that state of peace.
Breathing in.
Holding your breath.
And breathing out.
Breathing deeply in and breathing out.
Breathe in the breath of God.
Focus only on your breath.
Aware of each and every in-breath.
And out breath.
As you breathe and say to yourself.
I am at peace.
I am at peace.
And as you breathe out,
Let the energy of peace fill your body.
Every single cell,
All of your organs,
Your mind.
Your emotions.
And take some more deep breaths.
Breathe in peace,
Saying,
I am peace.
I am peace.
Counting into four.
Holding that peaceful place within.
And breathing out to four.
Your mind is calming down.
You're feeling peace.
In your mind and your body and in your heart.
Let all attention slip away.
And now.
Let yourself smile.
And feel the peace of God surrounding you.
In this perfect state of peace.
You know that all is well.
Become that place of peace.
Feel that peace inside.
Open up your heart and let the pure essence of unconditional love come into your heart.
And when you're ready.
Feel the Master's presence with you.
The Prince of Peace.
The light of Christ.
Feel the power.
Of the Master's great peace.
Filling you with light.
It's a peace that passeth all understanding.
Merge with that light and let it bring you to the one universal light of all beings.
Feel this light freeing you from.
All concerns and cares.
Allow yourself to feel the power of love that this light holds.
This love is so strong that it allows you to forgive any past misunderstandings and hurts or disappointments.
Breathe in this forgiveness and see that love going even deeper.
Into every single part of your body and your heart and your soul See it.
As a golden light.
That holds your very spirit.
You are now illumined with this perfect light and healing love.
This vibration of peace fills your entire being.
Now send it out to someone you love.
Send it out to your family.
Your friends.
To your coworkers.
All who you know.
Send it out to the place in the community where you live.
And then see it expanding like a beautiful light.
To the whole country.
And then to the world.
See the world lit by this one perfect light of peace that dissolves any sense of separation.
See this like bringing the gift of peace to the world,
Like the dove bringing the olive branch down,
Dissolving any sense of separation.
Know that this light holds the love that is the answer,
A peace that is the place.
That lights the entire world.
And where there was darkness.
There is now the light of peace.
And all beings are sensing this universal oneness that joins us all together in understanding.
Feel the radiance of the perfect energy of peace growing and dissolving any negative energy till the love that it carries saturates every form of life.
The one vibration of peace now surrounds the planet.
Humankind is being filled with the love that heals and makes us whole.
That power of peace is at work in every soul.
As we understand our oneness,
We see and feel that God within us.
And that God within brings us all together in peace and love.
And now as that light continues to grow throughout the planet,
Allow that.
Light a piece to come back to your soul and feel.
The power and love that it brings.
Know that you can send peace to any situation that may need to be resolved to any person who needs to let go of stress.
Ask God to be an instrument of peace.
Let that peace prevail in you.
Know that you can call on it at any time.
Now take some more deep breaths and say thank you God for this moment of peace.
And as you come out of your meditation,
Notice how your mind is calm,
Your body relaxed,
Restored and refreshed and renewed.
And carry this feeling of peace with you.
And know that you can return to this place of peace whenever you need to.
Know that all is well.
All is well.
All is well.
