A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Pollos and I wanted to do a talk and long meditation today and I was being aware when I was meditating and out doing my morning yoga that it's easy to let the mind start to drift,
Right,
To start doing its little drift that it does and it goes through thoughts and it kind of reviews things but it kind of can easily drift off-center and it's so important to stay present and to be here now and to be aware of where you are in this moment.
Now you can train the mind and it's not an easy thing to train because it's a daily process,
Right,
It's a daily journey.
That's why I always love to meditate every single morning and I do find that's important and I think it's good if you have time maybe check in and do some connection to your soul midday and in the evening time before you go to sleep because our mind gets so full so easily with what's going on in the world and with what's going on in our lives and with conversations and things we've had and then you can ruminate you can start going over over those things and start to think about it all.
Usually that's just part of the process but you do a lot of that when you sleep as well when you dream that's part of clearing all that stuff out but meditation is also an interesting way of clearing it out and it's a conscious way of clearing it out so it's a valuable gift it's a really true gift that you can bring into your life on a regular basis so I just want to get into this meditation with you here now being here now so valuable and important and I just always like to clear the mind by doing some deep breathing and that's so easy to just direct your mind to be aware of your breath breathing deeply in and holding for a second or two and releasing just releasing letting go being here now breathing in holding and the breath out deep breath in focus on that high point with the breath out then coming in clearing clearing all the way out all the breath out being here now breathing in and starting to be aware of your body and I'd like to always put a beautiful protective white light all the way around above you below you to the right and left in front of you and in back of you so you're protected in this wonderful sacred safe space ah feeling good and let's be aware of our feet ah being grateful for the wonderful way our feet get us around and the calves and the knees and sending energy to the legs and the thighs being grateful so grateful for the work that our legs do for us and then being focused on our centers and our chakras at the base of our spine just breathing in letting go continuing to breathe in focusing on letting go and letting everything be centered there and clearing up whatever is going on the base of the spine that first chakra so important and then the second chakra and maybe that's connected possibly just emotions or feelings and such a vital part of our body you know with the stomach and everything going on with the organs throughout that whole area sending love and gratitude to the work that's being done for us unconsciously throughout the day and night and again breathing in now to the third chakra and being aware of all that lovely energy that's there that allows us to be able to feel stuff going on as well in the higher area of what's happening in our lungs our livers all of that wonderful area that's breathing in and clearing out energy the kidneys do so much work for us I'd be grateful to the body for its work and the chakras there and now going into the heart of the heart chakra and that beautiful energy that's present in the heart of the heart ah just allowing that core center to be present in here now and that's the love chakra what a wonderful gift this chakra that allows us to experience the highest energy of love what a beautiful beautiful chakra ah so grateful breathing in following the energy letting that love fill our entire awareness with this pure energy that is the source of all energy that love the love that created us the love that carries us the love that connects us the love that is present here now allow that love to expand send that love out send it out to a loved one the wings of love carrying it and then be grateful as that love is received from the highest level of the other loved one the soul of the other loved one receiving it and bring that love deep back to yourself and feeling even the expansion of that love send love out to members of your family and then allow that love to come back to you multiplied as it's carried back on this beautiful energy field of love you're creating let's send love out to our country and then allow that love to come back with gratitude and now let the love spread out to the world allow that precious love to encircle the world and just allow that to expand and then come back to you a hundred million fold feeling totally surrounded with that love now now continue to go up to your head chakra your third eye chakra and just view that third eye vision breathe it in breathe it out expand it to the top of your head and your crown chakra and allow that highest energy from your soul to come to that crown chakra and see a joining a joining of that crown chakra with the source of your own inner self and your soul be grateful oh so very grateful for that love present now if there's anything that you would like to connect with from the soul level of your very beingness just take a moment to allow a message to come something precious to come to you as a gift from your soul and now slowly come back slowly allow your soul your mind your heart your body your emotions all to be clarified in this lovely energy from your soul and as you come back allow yourself to be so grateful for giving yourself the option and the opportunity to be present here now with all of who you are and take a moment just a moment to write down anything that might have come to you it's so valuable to do that connection to your conscious mind and to write down what comes from the highest part of you to your mind and I deeply bow in gratitude and love I really truly appreciate you being here much love always
