Thank you Rev. Dr. Cindy. I always forget about the simple yet powerful act of surrounding myself in a protective white light. I really need to be more intentional and mindful of doing this on a daily basis first thing in the morning. I will also allow myself some more time sitting in silence and meditation, and sending love and prayer to everyone around me.
