Feel every cell in your body receiving the oxygen,

Receiving the life.

Exhale life.

Feel in this moment from your head,

Down through your chest and your stomach,

Through your legs all the way to your toes,

Feel the vibrancy of life coursing through your veins,

Pulsing through the cells in your body.

You are whole,

You are healthy,

You are beautiful.

Who and how you are is a divine representation of the infinite.

As you breathe it in,

Claim in this moment,

I am,

I am love.

I am joy.

I am peace.

I am tranquility and harmony.

I move freely.

I move freely and effortlessly in the material world.

All of life around me supports my journey.

I am connected to all that is.

I continually release anything from my physical form,

From my consciousness,

That does not support wholeness,

Vibrant,

Energetic health.

I forgive anything and anyone that has blocked my awareness to love's presence.

I forgive myself for seeing anyone or anything as anything less than the perfection of God.

Allowing the faces of those who I have perceived to have judged me to come into my mind's eye,

I bathe them in light.

I hold them in love.

I envelop them with gratitude for clearing away within me any false idea of self.

I am so grateful for every person who has crossed my path,

Knowing that each of them have helped to reveal more of my wholeness to me and to the world.
