This heart centering meditation leads you peacefully through the process of slowing your breathing, relaxing your body, and releasing stress. As touch your heart you bring your attention there, by consciously slowing your breathing you begin to feel a sense of safety and release the fight or flight impulse. Then you will add in the feelings of love and gratitude and feel them expand. Relax into peace, a feeling of safety, love, and gratitude.
