You You You In this moment I relax into peace I allow peace To fill me I release anything unlike peace Any thoughts any feelings in my body Any sense of worry struggle or strain I Consciously release in this moment And I breathe Breathing in I remind myself God is On the exhale I am God is I am I'm never alone I am forever held in the hands of grace and wrapped in love's presence I am that presence of love I relax into peace In this moment I accept life exactly as it is There is nothing to change Nothing to coerce force or control I release the need for anything to be different than it is in this moment I trust that there is a divine plan for good unfolding as my life Life in this moment is exactly how it should be I trust in the power and the presence of spirit Moving within and around me Guiding me directing me protecting me and governing my life I allow life to flow I relax into this flow as I trust all of life I trust life I trust life I trust God I Rest in the truth that I am loved Cared for Safe I am loved Loved Cared for and safe All of life supports me I'm no longer afraid I release all fear I live in faith It is easy to move from fear to faith With the recognition that God is all there is Spirit the only authority in my life.

I rely on it.

I rest in it I live in faith This faith carries me into willingness I am willing to grow Willing to change Willing to see and be seen I am willing to allow my best life to unfold My best life to flow through me uninhibited I allow I am willing I accept myself exactly as I am in this moment I accept life exactly as it is in this moment I surrender my life to its highest expression My relationships My career My health My finances My creative expression I surrender all of it to the highest expression of life In this moment I step out of the way I step out of the way of life's unfolding I trust and believe in the divine unfolding of good in and as my life I trust I choose to trust I choose to trust I choose to trust I choose to trust that life is for me That God loves me And I'm never alone In this place of unshakable connection,

I know I have nothing to fear Thank you God for life Thank you God for the truth of my being Thank you God for everything I live in gratitude For there is nothing that separates me from the love of God For this I am certain and grateful I live in gratitude Thank you God for everything My grateful heart overflows with joy as I know that I am Perfect just as I am My heart overflows with gratitude as I know All of life around me is as it should be I am as God created me Loving,

Lovable and free I am free I am free to move and live and have my being I am free to express Uniquely and perfectly as me I am free to love and be loved I am free to love and be loved And from this freedom I attract to me People and situations that support me Love me Nourish me Nurture my soul I am free to love and be loved My soul is free to love and be loved I am free to love and be loved My soul is open and receptive To be filled with the light of love To be filled with the light of love That is never ending I am free To love and be loved I look forward to each new moment Each new day Knowing that this moment,
