Divine Connection Meditation

This is a free flowing affirmation meditation that encourages feelings of connection to the Source of our being. Refers to God as male and female and bigger than pronouns and is geared toward living in an expectancy of good and leaning into the belief that life is working for each of us and we are always connected to this Source of good by whatever name we give it. Wonderful way to begin or end your day, feeling empowered and at peace.

Breathing into this moment,

I feel the perfection of life moving through my body.

I place my hand on my heart,

Allowing my attention to follow my breath slowly,

Deeply into a centered space of my heart.

I am balanced,

Centered,

Open,

Awake and aware in this moment.

I live and move and have my being centered in God.

And from this place,

I am balanced,

At peace and moving with fluidity in life.

I lean into life.

It is easy for me to just be in this moment,

In every moment.

To just be.

This is the truth of my nature.

Co-created as God,

Expressing uniquely as me,

I am one with God.

This is natural,

Not forced.

I don't have to do anything.

I flow easily,

Expressing my true nature,

My God self in this life.

This absolute truth of my being manifests as all my connections,

All my relations,

All of my affairs in this life.

I trust in the goodness of God.

I trust the nature of the divine.

That is my nature.

I am defined by my relationship with my source and only by this truth of my being.

I am defined by my relationship with God,

Not people.

I am a divine being with a constant connection to my source.

I live in a healthy body.

Every cell is connected.

It's healthy.

It's expressing perfectly,

Beautifully,

Uniquely.

I love my life.

I live an opulent life.

A life in which I expect miracles on a daily basis.

I live in this expectancy of good.

It is exciting.

It is joy-filled.

It is fun to live my life.

I trust and know that this same divine flow that moves through me,

Moves through all of the people in my life,

All of my beloved relationships.

This divine flow runs through every situation in my life.

And I know at the core,

At the center of my being,

That life is always for me.

Life is always for me.

And life is always expressing in the highest and best way through me.

So I release any idea of attachment,

Any idea of control.

And I simply trust.

I trust that I am a divine being,

Constantly connected to my source.

I trust.

I trust that this source of all creation provides the intelligence to every cell of my body,

To every situation in my life,

To every relationship in my life.

I release any idea that I have to control or coerce.

And I simply lean in and allow and trust this divine connection that is constant as my life.

I welcome into my heart and my consciousness any and all people that I love.

When I see them healthy,

I see them prospered.

I see them living lives impassioned and on purpose.

I see my business and all of the people that I help through my business flourishing.

Thank you God for my beautiful,

Healthy,

Fun,

Opulent,

Passionate,

Purpose-filled life.

I trust this divine intelligence and this divine love moving through me now.

Moving through me always and in all ways.

I'm so grateful.

I rest in gratitude.

I allow the balance of the divine feminine and the divine masculine within me.

I rest in harmony.
