My mindfulness journey began when I stepped on a yoga mat in 1999. Getting out of my head & in to my body helped me find balance with a stressful job. In 2014, I became a Yoga Instructor so I could share this timeless practice with others. Including meditation practices in my classes has been a focus & my students seem to enjoy the opportunity to be still & become aware of our surroundings as well as their body & breath. I am excited to share these practices with the Insight Meditation family.

One of my favs to help me get grounded in my body again. I have autism and ADHD and I accept that I'm gonna be more in my head than not, but this meditation helped me to be non attached while also being in my head and body at the same time. Deff revisiting everyday. Thank you for this gift.
