Get seated into a comfortable position.
In a chair with your legs and feet planted on the floor or cross-legged or kneeling if you're on the floor.
Ground your body into your chair or the floor.
Adjust anything that wants to be shifted.
Give yourself this time to relax.
Rest your hands gently on your lap,
Your palms open for receiving or face down for grounding.
Set your intention,
What you'd like to feel or hear today.
Allow yourself to be open to whatever shows up.
It's meant to be here for a reason.
Bring your awareness to your body and the space here and now.
Begin to connect your breath to the present moment.
As you breathe in,
Imagine the sun shining this light and warmth through the crown of your head,
Giving you all his strength,
Courage,
Infinite love and light.
Whatever it is you need right now.
As you breathe out,
Imagine the vibrating energy running through from the crown of your head out through the root of your feet,
Giving back to the earth anything that no longer serves you.
Take a big deep breath in from the belly and let it all out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

And out through the mouth,

Four.
As you continue to breathe,
Observe your thoughts and watch them come and go without judgment,
