Begin to settle into your seat or lying down.

Whatever feels most comfortable to you in this moment.

Feel yourself being fully supported by Mother Earth and her embrace.

Gently relax and begin to breathe.

Gently in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

Your heart opening and ready to receive.

In order to receive,

We must forgive.

So notice any tension that arises in the body.

Where does it linger?

Who or what situation is this tension associated with?

Relax into this moment.

See if you can open your heart to forgive them.

See them as your inner child.

The one that you want to lift up and love.

Hold them.

Embrace them.

Now breathe.

Share your light with them.

As you become one.
