Seven Cycles Of Sleep ( +3D Water, ASMR, Guitar & Sanskrit)

A new version of the atmospheric, healing and soporific piece "The Sound of Deep Sleep" composed, performed, recorded, mixed and produced by Ch'Lu as part of her album "The Goddess Within" and Insight Timer playlist.

It is a fusion of binaural field recordings, hypnotic Sanskrit vocals, classical guitar arpeggiation and electronic soundscapes. Using the ancient Sanskrit texts of the Mandukya Upanishads, which create the experience and journey of "Om", it is the ultimate Sound Medicine.

"The Sound of Deep Sleep" is the eleventh verse, which is the experience of the Sound "M" in "Om" (Aum), which is representative of the state of deep sleep (Prajna). There are seven soporific cycles of the Sanskrit verse, blended with 3D ASMR & nature recordings between Europe and Southeast Asia, classical guitar and electro-acoustic sound design.
