The basis of this soul-touching song is the lyric “I like that you are not in love with me, I like that I am not in love with you …” based on a poem by Marina Tsvetaeva, written May 3, 1915. It is considered one of the treasures of Russian literature of the Silver Age.

Being a lover of languages, this is Ch’Lu’s first song in Russian. It has been captured live in this exclusive recording from her "The Goddess Within" album launch concert at London's Piano Smithfield.

Ch'Lu introduces more background to the song with the audience in this recording. The title translates as “I Like It” (Мне нравится) by Alla Pugacheva (Алла Пугачева), 1976.
