An atmospheric, healing, and uplifting piece by Ch'Lu which has been mastered using MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) encoding. It is the eighth track from Ch'Lu's new album "The Goddess Within". Composed, performed, recorded, mixed, and produced by Ch'Lu in her home studio, this album is a fusion of binaural field recordings, hypnotic Sanskrit vocals, classical guitar arpeggiation, and electronic soundscapes. Using the ancient Sanskrit texts of the Mandukya Upanishads, which create the experience and journey of "Om", it is the ultimate Sound Medicine. “Aum and Silence” is the eighth verse, which is the experience of the three sounds A-U-M (ah, ou, mm) and the three letters A, U, M being identical with the three states of waking, dreaming, and sleeping. And that the fourth state, Turiya is to be realized only in the silence behind or beyond the other three. This album was funded by the Arts Council of England and Help Musicians UK .
