And I'm so committed to being a living demonstration of that.

I mean,

Obviously just for my own sake,

Because I want to have it all.

But also,

And especially for women or anyone from a marginalized community where we have been taught to be grateful for crumbs.

And I come in saying the whole damn buffet is yours.

Like,

I'm not here for crumbs.

Like,

I'm here to like sit at the table and have the whole damn buffet and just like having the audacity to say that,

To own it.

Welcome to End the Net Appeared podcast.

I'm your host,

Chelsea Benzl,

Business coach for Spiritual Online Entrepreneurs.

In this podcast,

You're going to hear stories of badass women just like you taking big leaps of faith and the net appearing.

Enjoy.

Hello,

Nicole.

Hi.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Hi.

Hi.

Hi.

Hi.

Hi.

Hi.

Thank you.

Thank you.

It's so great to have you here.

I know a little bit about your story and your experience of leaping and the net of hearing.

But I'm super excited to share it with everyone listening and just to share your light and your magic with the world.

Yay.

Thank you for having me.

I'm super excited.

Yeah,

My pleasure.

So why don't you first tell us a little bit about what you're up to in the world and in business now and then we'll kind of rewind and talk about leaping and what that looks like.

Love it.

I am living my best life.

I feel like I've finally fully stepped into my purpose,

Something that always seemed to have eluded me my entire life.

And so I'm a life coach and I love it.

When people ask me,

What's a life coach do?

What do you do?

I just say,

I help people's dreams come true.

And that's literally what I do.

I help you on earth,

Like your deepest desires and dreams and cravings that the world,

Your family,

Society,

Whatever,

Like told you to snuff down,

Told you it's impossible,

Told you you ask for too much.

And when not only when I help them unearth them,

But help them manifest them and like have a flesh out in their life.

It's just like the most magical thing.

So that's what I do my day.

I love it.

I love how people's dreams come true.

I'm also a model and actor on the side.

So I just feel like I get to have it all.

I get to help change lives.

I get to express myself.

I get to create art and culture and connect with people in different ways.

And I am so grateful.

And honestly,

This is all the result of me taking a significant leap in my life a couple years ago.

And as scary as it was back then,

I would do it all over again because of where it's brought me.

Oh,

I love that so much.

I love too that you said you can have it all because there is that story ingrained in so many of us that it's like,

You can't dream too big.

You can't actually have what you want.

Like even if maybe you believe some of this theory around manifestation or law of attraction or like,

You know,

Even if you see other people doing it,

Sometimes it's like,

Yeah,

But I can actually have that.

I can actually live at that fullest express level.

But you can't.

Yes.

And I'm so committed to being a living demonstration of that.

I mean,

Obviously just for my own sake,

Because I want to have it all.

But also,

Especially for women or anyone from Margeline's community where we have been taught to be grateful for crumbs.

And I come in saying,

The whole damn buffet is yours.

Like,

I'm not here for crumbs.

Like,

I'm here to like sit at the table and have the whole damn buffet and just like having the audacity to say that to own it.

Like,

I had a client last week saying,

The fact that you own that you are here to be a celebrity,

To be famous,

To have this kind of lifestyle finally gave me permission.

And she's like way further along her acting career than me than mine.

But she's like,

I finally permission to own it.

And I was like,

Girl,

Like that's what it's about.

Like when one person owns their truth,

Their light,

Their dreams,

It just is this watershed moment for everyone around them where they too can own it.

And just,

We all raise our bars and raise our standards as a result of one person being willing to do that.

So yes,

You can have it all as a huge core belief of mine for me,

For my clients,

And for anyone.

I,

Yeah,

I could not agree more about that shining your light.

Like I think going back to you to that feeling like,

Well,

I can't play too big.

And it's almost as if it's like low key a betrayal to the people around us.

If we live our fullest express life,

But it's hearing that it's like,

No,

You give permission to other people to rise with you.

And how inspiring is that?

Like if we can create a ripple effect of more people around the world,

Having that sense of freedom to like step up and do the things,

Live the life,

Live as big as we feel called to live.

Like just imagine the world we would live in.

Yes.

And it reminds me of a Glennon Doyle quote,

Who's like one of my favorite humans.

She's an author and speaker where she says,

Disappoint as many people as you need to in order to never disappoint yourself.

Be willing to betray as many people's expectations of you before you ever betray yourself.

And it's just such a radical concept,

Especially for women to ever prioritize yourself.

We're so used to denying our own truth,

Like dimming our own light,

Stuffing down our voice that to prioritize our own wellbeing,

Our own pleasure,

Our own happiness,

Our own destiny can seem like betrayal,

But it's actually honoring the deepest part of ourselves.

And so,

Yes,

Sometimes it can feel like betrayal or something to those around us.

It's not,

It's the very thing that's going to liberate them by you liberating yourself.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Let's talk about that.

Like that going against what,

You know,

That sense of disappointment when you do do something a bit crazy and people are like,

No,

No,

No,

No,

You can't,

You can't just take this leap and trust.

Like you have to play by the rules.

You have to play by the rules that the rest of us is playing by.

But you're living proof that no,

You don't have to.

It is okay.

It is safe.

And I believe it's the way we're meant to be living is like fully trusting,

Fully aligning with a higher power,

Whatever you believe in,

Something bigger than you will be supported.

Totally right there with you.

Like Jenson Shera has this really good quote that says we live in a,

Like it's okay to live by fear.

We live in a fear based society,

But it's not okay to live by faith.

So whenever someone is willing to take that leap of faith,

Everyone around them freaks out instead of being supportive and saying,

Go for it,

Do it.

This is your one shot at life.

Make the most of it.

Everyone's like,

What are you doing?

This is not how we do it.

Follow the rules.

So yeah,

When you take that leap,

It triggers the fear in everyone else.

And you're like the one person who's trying to live by faith and it can feel really isolating and scary,

Which is all the more reason to hire support so that when everyone else is triggered,

You stay grounded in your vision and in your leap.

Because like you said,

The net will appear,

But not if you're so busy looking to everyone else's freak out or permission or approval,

You're going to miss your own path.

So yes,

It is no small thing to take that leap of faith when that's just not the norm in our society.

So what did that look like for you when you took your big leap?

Yeah,

So it was crazy.

So back then with my then husband and I,

For five years in a row,

We were working harder and longer and making less money each year.

It was like this big cosmic joke.

I was like,

How?

That doesn't even make sense.

It's not even possible.

But it kept happening.

And if you go back into my old blog posts,

I still have them up because it just kind of shows my journey.

But I wrote a blog post saying,

The world is a place that devours your dreams.

Like welcome to the old version of the call.

I just felt like no matter how hard you try,

The world's going to screw you over.

So finally,

After five years that I was desperate,

We had three little kids.

I was so tired of being broke.

You're living paycheck to paycheck.

And I'm just like,

We're good people.

Like we're smart people.

Like we should be able to like make more than enough money and provide for our family because we were like borrowing money from family.

It was just like this insane season of life.

And I was like desperate and I was like God,

Angels universe.

I need help.

I don't know,

We tried Dave Ramsey and that didn't work for us.

We tried all these conventional tasks like everyone else was doing and none of them were working for me.

And then I was at an airport once and I was traveling somewhere and I was like,

Oh,

I want a book for my journey.

And I was like,

Okay God,

Like what book should I have?

And it's like literally like a spotlight shone down and like the angels burst the chorus over this book.

And it was like,

Oh my God,

I have to get it.

I got that book right at that week.

It changed my life.

And by the end of it,

The one thing I knew for sure,

I need a life coach.

Here I was looking for financial advisors or classes or like I didn't have the term life coach in my vocabulary until I read this book and I was like,

Oh my gosh,

It's so lit up my soul.

And I'm a very intuitive being.

So like it just spoke to me.

So I was like,

Okay God,

Like I need a life coach,

But I don't want just any life coach help me find them.

Because they say when a student is ready,

The teacher will come.

Right.

And I was like,

So ready and available for the right teacher.

And then one day a friend of mine tagged me on his Facebook friends wall.

Hey Nicole,

Check out my boy who happened to be a life coach and I'm like scrolling his feed and everything he's saying is like speaking to my core.

And I was like,

Oh my gosh,

Like this is the one,

This is the one.

And I don't care how much he charges.

I'm going to hire him.

Right.

Reach out to him within 20 minutes.

He like tells me his offer and I hired this complete stranger off Facebook to be on a life coach.

And the leap of faith that required is that it required us to empty all of our money out of our savings account,

Our retirement accounts and our savings account to hire him.

And I knew on paper,

On appearance level,

This is the craziest,

Most foolish thing you could ever do.

The little money we did have to literally pull it out and invest it in the stranger online.

Like it just sounds awful and dumb and irresponsible.

And I remember thinking,

If I tell anyone this is what I've just done,

Like there are going to think I've lost my marbles and they're going to like intervene.

Right.

Like I was scared of like,

Don't intervene.

Like this is me taking the leap of faith.

But I couldn't tell anyone.

So I leaned heavily into my coach and into my books that I had found in like personal development and just like I hungered in for about a year and I just did the inner work.

I journaled and I meditated and just like rewired the way I was taught to think about life,

About God,

About love,

About money,

Everything.

Like it felt like I had been taught the scarcity version,

The fear based version.

All this stuff I was learning was so new,

But it felt like the ancient language of my soul and I just like could not get enough.

Right.

And by the time I emerged,

Like just over a year after working with him,

I started making 10K months in my business.

And like that,

That was not even a goal in my life back then.

I didn't know 10K months were possible.

Like I just wanted to make an extra.

.

.

My biggest goal back then,

I was like,

I need to make $2,

000 a month just to pay our bills and have room to breathe.

And just like just kept surpassing all my monetary goals.

And looking back,

I would totally do it again.

Like as I wrote my form to you,

Like I made 10K months,

We ended up buying a new car,

We ended up moving from Minnesota to California.

We thought it was a five year plan.

It became a year and a half plan.

Like all the scenes like just like started flooding my life,

All this good,

Abundant,

Beautiful things because I took that big,

Scary leap of faith.

So worth it.

It's almost as if the.

.

.

I don't know if this is true,

Whatever true means,

But like the bigger the leap,

The bigger the rewards.

The bigger the leap,

The deeper your faith.

And the deeper your faith,

The more open you are to that same goal.

Yes.

I've told my coach that.

Like my first coach when I was like,

Thank you for not charging $500 because back then $500 would have felt like a lot of money.

But like if that's all he would have charged and I like rose to the occasion for $500,

That felt like nothing compared to when I had to pay $15,

000 and I manifested $15,

000.

You know what I mean?

Like,

It showed me my power.

So yes,

There's a part of me that was a little angry that he charged his breaks.

Like,

Why can't you have more pity?

I mean,

But really,

It was like,

He held the standard.

Like if you want it,

You can have it because you're that powerful.

And I'm so grateful he held that bar for me and challenged me to rise to the occasion versus me like,

Please come down to my level.

And like,

It's now my honor as a life coach to help other people like I so fiercely believe in you and your brilliance and your ability and your faith that wherever the bar is set,

You will hit it.

You will achieve it without a doubt.

But it takes a level of certainty that this person has to have for you,

Your life coach,

Or whoever it is.

And I'm so glad that he held that bar and I took that size of faith because once I took that leap,

I literally felt like anything is possible.

If I can do this,

Nicole can do anything.

But if I had just done the leap of faith for $500,

I still would have been scared to pay anything beyond or ask for more.

And that kind of like set the tone for what I was going to end up creating after that.

Oh,

I love that so much.

It's so true.

And this is something I teach about too.

It's that by when we're the coach,

It's such a different energy than when we're the person investing because I fully have been there where it's like,

Oh my God,

This is terrifying.

But if you're invested at $500 worth of whatever,

Like that's how much you put in.

That's how much you believe in yourself.

And you're kind of like,

Oh,

Well,

It's not that much skin on my back if I don't go seriously and I don't rise to the occasion.

But if it's,

What did you say?

$15,

000?

Like that is your whole lifetime savings.

And that's like,

Okay,

Can I do this?

Or can I not?

Like I have to.

I have to.

There's no choice.

And so being the coach who's setting your prices and you're thinking like,

Oh,

I don't know if people can afford me.

And I don't know if I can really charge that.

It's like,

Who are you not to hold space for your clients to step into that?

Yes.

Totally agree.

Oh,

I love that.

So you then you were working with this coach,

You were diving into the inner work,

Which is just like that's all of it.

Because it like I've said,

It boils down to that faith.

It's like,

How much are you going to believe in yourself?

How much are you going to step in with when those stories pop up?

When the fear comes in,

You know,

Doing that inner work?

What did that look like when,

You know,

You said you didn't really share with people that you were doing this,

But then at some point,

When did that kind of shift for you?

And you're like,

Hey,

I'm here.

This is what I'm doing now.

Yeah.

And I felt like,

You know,

When you whenever you're learning something new,

And especially that has a lot of judgment against society,

Like,

You know,

Emptying all your money for a stranger on the internet.

Like,

I want to make sure I didn't have wobbly knees,

But I was like grounded and strong in my decision.

So when I did emerge and tell the world if people freaked out,

That it didn't affect me at all.

Right.

So for about a year,

And it's just how I did it,

Not saying this,

How anyone else has to do it.

But for about a year,

I even removed myself from certain friendships and certain like social gatherings because I couldn't afford like,

I feel like a toddler just learning to walk.

And like any pushback,

I would topple over like I was scared to like I any pushback would have me topple over and I couldn't afford that.

Like I made a significant investment.

And so I did a lot of like reading at home and like only talking to my coach or my then husband or eventually like a pay for courses with other high vibe coaches.

And like I would tell that that people are in the course with,

But I like I really hunkered down until like I like felt like I had like significantly rewired the way I understand how everything works.

And then when I started getting results,

For me that fueled my faith and strengthened my knees.

They weren't wobbly anymore.

And then I got to a point where like,

I have to tell the good news.

Like this is true.

This isn't just for the special few.

This is for everyone.

This works for anyone.

So I remember like,

You know,

Healing my relationship with money was my main priority.

I just was so tired living at the mercy of money just coming and going and I wanted to learn how to call it in,

Rely on it,

Build that safety and trust with it and multiply it.

And I remember learning that you get to make money simply because you breathe.

And I was like,

Because we've been taught our whole life,

You get money as a result of hard work.

You get money as a result of the hours you log in,

Definitely not just because you're alive.

Right.

And so I remember thinking this is radical.

Okay,

God,

Help me with my unbelief.

Show me.

Right.

Because I was learning that money is always trying to come into our lives.

And the only reason it's not is because we are blocking it.

We're afraid of it.

We feel unworthy of it.

All the things.

And I was like,

Okay,

God,

Help me with my unbelief.

Show me.

Show me that money is always trying to get to my life.

And like within a week of saying that prayer,

I went to my local grocery store where I shopped all the time.

And I walked in and they're like,

Hey,

Nicole,

Did you forget something here?

And I was like,

I don't think so.

And they're like,

Well,

I think I saw something in the back with your name on it.

I'll be right back.

I'm like,

Okay,

So wait.

And then this one,

The employees comes back and it's an envelope of cash.

He's like,

Oh,

You must owe you money for something.

Here you go.

Have a good day.

And I'm like,

When has that ever happened?

And I just burst out laughing and I wanted to cry.

Like as if like God cannot get any clearer that like you literally get money just for existing,

Nicole.

And like so many things like that started happening.

I remember my husband like was at work and one day he went to the bathroom and came back and then there was a check on his desk and it was a refund from a vending machine company.

Same with we owe you money.

Like vending machines give refunds?

I've never heard of these things,

But they just started more and more.

Start off as a trickle.

And like I was documenting all of this and like my word document was just getting longer and longer and longer with these miracles,

With these manifestations.

And then I was like,

Holy shit,

This is true,

This works.

I have to tell the world.

And so I slowly like started opening up and sharing a little bit more of my journey.

So let's tell them how I got there and tell them about how much my investment was and what I did to pay for it.

So I'm still scared.

Now it's been two and a half years.

So I'm like,

This is how much I paid.

This is how we did it.

And like,

There's nothing too crazy.

Like whatever your heart calls you to do is the right thing to do.

I don't care what anyone else says.

Right.

But yeah,

I think once I started getting those results,

It's like I couldn't keep it to myself.

And I wanted it's like,

It's all it was a responsibility.

Like if this can happen for Nicole,

This can happen for anyone.

Absolutely.

It's that sharing the magic that you have tapped into.

And when you start to realize,

Yeah,

It's not just for the lucky few who somehow lucked out with the right circumstances or whatever.

No,

It's this universal energy.

And it's like,

It's beyond words.

So any words I use for justice,

But it is it's like,

If we can tap into that source of these miracles.

And it's interesting to just the word miracle,

I think,

Then some people's minds into like,

Oh,

Well,

Miracles are like these big,

Unexplainable things.

But it's like,

No,

That's a miracle that you walk into the grocery store and they kind of you catch.

And as you shift that and you start to look for evidence of miracles,

These little synchronicities maybe to start and then it snowballs and it becomes this way of living because you find a way to tap into that universal energy.

And the beauty is like,

It's inside of you.

Right?

Like that's like also what I help people do is like I tell people,

Like,

I hope you come home to yourself.

Like we have been taught at a young age to abandon ourselves,

Abandon our inner knowing,

Abandon our intuition for the permission,

Approval,

Ideas of others.

And I want to help you stop turning so external and turn internal and feel that power and trust that little prompting.

And so,

Like you said,

Like I tell people,

Like,

Like flex that muscle on little things like when your intuition is like,

Stop and drink a little bit of water,

Stop and drink a little bit of water because you're not going to honor when it tells you to do something small like that.

How are you going to honor when it tells you to take a 50,

000 leaf of faith or a hundred thousand dollars,

Whatever.

Like start flexing that intuitive muscle now.

Start practicing coming home to yourself now.

And even little things but feel big like someone says something that makes you uncomfortable instead of denying that,

Speak up.

Like all these little things add up to building your faith in yourself,

Your trust in yourself.

So when you do take these bigger leaps of faith and everyone else thinks you're crazy,

You know you've got you.

You know you've got your back.

You know if there's anyone to put your eggs in one basket,

It's in you.

If there's anyone to believe in,

It's you because you've spent time flexing all these little ways.

So yeah,

Just coming home to yourself and trusting that you are the source.

You have the power,

The miracles unfold from within here,

Right?

When we're willing to see all of a sudden we see it all around us.

Like I remember when Comcast first came out and they had like the orange cones on the front of their vans.

And like once you became aware of them,

I saw them everywhere.

Right.

But only because it became in my awareness.

They were always there.

I just didn't have the awareness.

So once you have an awareness of God show me where the money is,

Show me how money,

Wealth,

Love is always trying to show up in my life.

All of a sudden you have the eyes to see it.

So for me,

Like the definition of miracle I use is it's an expression of love.

And as love can take so many forms,

Money,

Connection,

Joy,

Laughter.

So I started looking for everyday little miracles where I felt loved or I gave love or a moment of love was created or happened.

And the more I became aware of it,

The more I found it and it started to multiply and then it started getting bigger.

If I can manifest and involve the cash in the grocery store,

What else can I manifest?

You know,

And as I was telling you right before here,

Like this whole boss-like corner I manifested.

Someone gave it to me.

Like,

There's nothing you can't not manifest.

Whatever you desire,

You can have it.

Because everything starts from within and then takes form.

Our thought,

We first think our thought and then our thought takes form.

Whereas we are so trained to look outward to see what's possible.

But if you do that,

Especially on your own life,

If you look to your past to inform your future,

You just keep recreating your past.

But when you look inward and you can see a vision that may seem insane to everyone else,

Maybe seems insane to you.

Like me making $10,

000 a month was absurd back then.

Or me living in California was like a long shot.

And now like I'm fully living that dream.

And now that's my norm because I was willing to look in here and normalize it here before it could be out pictured in my life.

Yeah.

So good.

Sarah,

You are in the flow.

In the flow.

But I do want to say just that bit about starting small because you really do have to be able to get behind it.

Right?

So if you had gone from say like around when you first hired your coach thinking about 10k months,

You would be like,

I don't think so.

That's not great.

Like it probably wasn't even in your awareness.

Like you said,

Like that is so outside of it.

So it's little things at a time and then letting that grow as your muscle as your ability to believe and have faith and it grows.

Then it's like,

Okay,

It's the check at the grocery store.

Maybe it's a bigger check next time.

You just don't even know what's going to be next.

But you know that you can adjust and build and strengthen your faith so that you can open to something.

Yes.

And it can happen so much sooner than we often think.

I remember when I first started,

I was like,

I just want an extra 2000 a month.

That would change my life.

Right?

And it slowly got there.

I remember my very first $100 a month.

I really cried.

I was like,

I manifested $100.

Like what?

And then the next month it was $250.

And like it just kept increasing.

And then I remember I was trying to manifest like I had already hit $2,

000,

$3,

000.

So I was trying to manifest $5,

000 with my next school.

And that month I hit $10,

000.

Like the universe is like,

Girl,

I got you.

You know?

So it's just like,

Holy shit.

Like I just,

I thought I was a few months off from that.

And it's like,

You're never far.

It's like,

It's right here.

If you're willing to believe and if you can get your energy behind it,

It can happen.

It can happen so much sooner than you think.

And at the same time,

Like I tell my clients when they are first creating a launch or offer and they're picking their prices,

Typically when we start out,

It's lower than what we initially want.

Right?

Like,

Of course,

I wouldn't be charging $10,

000,

$15,

000,

$23,

000.

Right now,

I can only energetically get behind $250,

000.

And I always tell them,

That's okay.

We all have to start somewhere.

So like if you charge a $250 offer,

Get it.

You know,

Because once you manifest that and you get paid that,

That's going to fuel your faith.

That's going to give you the courage to maybe charge $500.

And then you'd also like,

Don't judge yourself for like not having the immediate faith.

Like be paid $10,

000.

Start where you can,

Get your energy behind it.

And once you manifest that,

That's going to fuel you and feed you and make you feel unstoppable.

And you're going to get to that higher number so much sooner than you think.

Yeah.

That reminds me of working with affirmations as well.

It's like you can say,

Oh,

I make $10,

000 a month.

But if you don't believe it,

It's not you.

There's that disconnect.

And so it's almost like,

So how I shift that is,

I am on the way to or I'm on the path to fill in the blank,

Whatever it is.

And so that type of like working with whether it's pricing your offers,

For example,

That is a step for you.

That's evidence of you being on the path.

Like,

Okay,

You don't need to make such a massive leap that it feels way too much of a scratch,

But just looking at like,

Okay,

That $250 offer.

Beautiful.

That's showing me right then and there,

You are on the path to something bigger.

Yes,

I totally agree.

Yeah.

Affirmations are great.

I love them.

I use them.

But the deeper level of that is your identity.

Can you identify,

Do you identify as someone who gets to make $250 or $250,

000 wherever you're on your journey?

Like if you don't identify as that,

You will likely sabotage or low mall yourself and then you feel crappy afterwards because that's not actually the price or whatever you want in that moment.

Right.

Or like if you're like me,

Who was always like,

Not always,

But for many years I was broke.

If you identify as a broke person who's temporarily getting away with being rich,

You're going to self sabotage because at any moment you feel like you're a fraud.

You're going to be found out.

So you have to do the work at the level of identity.

Can you identify as someone who is rich,

As a wealthy woman,

As a wealthy human,

As a boss,

As a CEO,

As a good money manager,

Whatever identity you're working on?

Because our identity informs our energy,

Which creates a reality.

So affirmations are awesome.

And the point of them is to help you lock in your identity and to show up with that energy and that confidence,

That certainty,

Because that's what's going to create your reality and call in what you're an energetic match for.

So yes,

Like identify,

Identify,

Identify as a version of you who makes whatever money or calls in this kind of love or has this kind of lifestyle.

You know,

Like it's like a secret weapon that like I want everyone to know because it is the fastest way to get what you want.

Yeah.

That like thinking from the end,

Living as you already have it and embodying that now.

And it's a practice again,

It's like little by little,

But then it's catching yourself when you slip out of that back into what has been your identity.

And it's like,

Oh no,

Wait,

I am embodying this like ultra boss,

Babe,

Wealthy,

Sexy,

Free.

No.

And it's like,

Oh wait,

Now that's,

That's the vision.

That's what I'm calling in now in this moment.

That's a muscle too.

Like practicing that checking in when you lose touch with that vision of where you're going.

Just bring it back there.

I mean,

Even just you saying that like I felt that yes,

Yes.

You are just one shift away of feeling what you want to feel,

Which is what helps you call in what you want to call in.

So yes,

Learning how to shift and flexing that muscle is going to serve you powerfully on your journey.

Absolutely.

Do you have any practices that you use to like lock that in and identify with that vision?

Like what do you do in the practical?

Yeah,

That's a great question.

It's kind of evolved over time.

And sometimes how my clients is like your rituals,

Your rhythms.

And I love calling a rhythm more than a routine because it just feels more flowing,

Intuitive and honoring of the truth that things are always changing.

You're always changing.

So find a rhythm that works for you right now.

And it's okay if it changes.

So something I think I kind of always consistently done in one form or another is I'm always reading either a personal development book or a memoir of someone who's achieved their dreams.

So like I'm looking at my table on my bed right now and I have three books.

Two of them are personal development and one is Alicia Keys,

More Myself.

So like just fueling my faith that I'm not the only one taking the use of faith.

I'm not the only one who's coming home to their power.

I'm not the only one who's choosing to raise up.

Normalizing that by reading people's memoirs,

Reading personal development is really huge.

Music is really powerful to me.

So I'm always like when I get up,

I'm either like I typically have some kind of music playing.

I have a Boss Babe playlist.

I have an Unleashed playlist.

I have a money playlist that I've created.

Or sometimes I'll just tell,

I can't say her name because she'll turn on my little device over there to play like morning meditation music.

Just like when I wake up.

So here's my little belief.

It might be pretend.

I don't know.

Whatever works for you works.

I believe that when I go to sleep,

Like I like become one with God,

Even though we're always one with God.

So it's like I'm in that eternal,

Infinite,

All things are possible realm.

And then I wake up into this physical presence.

I don't want to forget that I have a connection.

I don't want to forget that's where I come from.

So starting with music or meditation that lets me feel powerful and in the flow,

Just like shifts my energy and I wake up like ready to conquer.

Like I know who I am.

I know what I'm here to do.

I'm going to change the entire world.

Let's go.

And so music helps me before when I first started this,

I would have sticky notes of affirmations and this is specifically around money all over my house,

Everywhere.

And then anytime someone come over,

I scramble and tear them all down because I was like too embarrassed to admit that I was working on my inner self.

And I don't want to be asked questions.

I couldn't afford to be questioned at that point.

And then as soon as they left,

I passed them back up again.

I don't do that anymore.

I do have affirmations that go off my phone several times a day.

I don't watch much TV or movies,

But if I do,

It's typically like an inspo pic,

A biopic,

A true story about someone who overcame their limiting beliefs or their barriers and became everything they're born to be.

That like fuel and it's like,

Ah.

And I really limit who I follow and take in on social media.

This is huge for me as a leader of the strong online presence.

For me,

And I think for a lot of us,

As soon as we get on social media,

It's consuming.

We start consuming other people's content and ideas and all of a sudden we lose our own brilliance.

So I typically for my first year and a half doing this path,

I wouldn't get on social media until after 12 noon.

Morning time was my time to get in touch with my intuition,

Write down any inspiring ideas because I feel really,

Really smart until I go online and I see all my other coaches brilliance ideas.

I'm like,

Oh man,

They're so much smarter.

So I couldn't afford that.

It's like,

Okay,

What are Nicole's brilliant ideas?

What is Nicole downloading from the university?

What is the message I'm being called to deliver?

I either write it up,

Post it,

And wouldn't consume anything before 12 noon.

So I had to make sure I created.

I'm not here just to consume.

I'm here to create.

And now I can get on before noon,

But I just am constantly creating.

And I just take in such little information from very few accounts because I want to stay in my lane and my flow and not spend any time comparing myself to what they're doing,

What they're saying,

What they're selling.

You do you boo.

I'm staying in my lane.

I got to do me.

So all kinds of little things that for me,

The ultimate point is to like fan my intuition into flame.

Am I listening to her?

Am I connected to her?

Am I trusting her?

Am I doing what she says?

Anything that aids me in that I'm going to do and that pulls me away from that I'm going to release.

And I think it takes a lot to,

You can recognize that,

But to actually take the action to like give yourself permission to unfollow the people who don't leave feeling so good or you find yourself in that comparison trap.

And like really,

And again,

That goes back to like flexing your inner,

Like that muscle,

That trust in yourself of listening to that little nudge that you feel so great when I open my phone right first thing when I wake up,

You know,

And just like being aware,

Just being the gentle observer of what happens when I go on social media,

Whether it's first thing in the morning or whether it's at any time in the day,

But it's because you're following accounts that leave you feeling shitty about yourself.

Yes.

I'm like every now and then I'm always like telling my clients,

Clear out your list.

I follow whoever's making you feeling crappy or like make you feel like you're comparing like right now.

And like,

And it's funny,

Like we feel this sense of loyalty even to things that bring us down.

And so again,

That's like building up your sense of self-worth and your autonomy that I have the right to know and decide what is best for me.

And I find for a lot of women and for myself,

That seems really radical and almost irresponsible because who are you to decide what's best for you?

Because we've been taught by the patriarchy that forces outside of you,

People outside of you and even people with different genders somehow know better for you than you would know for yourself.

And part of it's like that radical responsibility.

It's like,

I know I've been taught this way and trained this way,

But at the end of the day,

The only person who knows what's best and right and true for me is me.

And so I want to increase my loyalty to myself and decrease my loyalty to anything else that tries to pull me away from myself.

And that can be hard,

But it's a good hard and it's incredibly,

Not only liberating,

But empowering because you have that power.

You have the say on who gets to have a say in your life.

So if the people in your life are having a say that brings you down or makes you doubt yourself or doubt your dreams,

It's time to clean up the house.

And it's easier to do that when you have support in your corner who fiercely believes in you and won't let you get away playing smaller than you really are.

Because I feel like everyone needs that one person in the corner.

For me,

It's a life coach oftentimes,

But it can be a mentor,

A best friend,

Whoever.

But I think everyone should have at least one person who just is fanning your fire into flame so you can blaze your bright light and blaze that trail you're going to blaze and not settle for mediocrity when the magnificent,

The miraculous,

The beautiful,

The abundant is available to you.

That's so true,

That's like the opposite side of that coin of unfollow the people that leave you feeling not so good about yourself,

But surround yourself with people who are like extenders for you,

Who do lift you up.

And then that even takes it another step further.

It's like,

Yeah,

Okay,

It's great to follow inspiring accounts.

It's great to have that in your field,

But it is next level.

You actually have someone who knows you,

Not just an account you follow on Instagram who's inspiring and great and you aspire to be like that,

But someone who knows you,

Who you can go to when you're tripping up in your own bullshit and you just need that gentle guidance back in your inner knowing.

I tell people,

Oh,

I keep going.

I was just going to say like,

That's it.

It's not like I have a coach so that they can tell me what to do.

It's like,

No,

My coach helps me like figure out what I know I need to do.

Yes,

Totally.

Oh yeah,

I tell people like,

Sometimes I'm like,

Stop reading personal development books and hire a damn life coach already.

Like,

Because you're right,

Like you can read so many books or follow all the accounts,

But until it's tailored to you and your life and your circumstances and your particular dreams,

Like there's just a level of like power I think that people aren't accessing.

And so like I have like one on one spots for people who are like,

Just take me to the top,

Nicole.

Like,

Yeah,

Let's go.

And I also have a mastermind because some people are like looking for that.

Like,

I'm the only one in my circle who believes in this crazy stuff.

I'm the only one in my circle who's like willing to invest in themselves.

I want community.

And so having a mastermind gives them access to other bad ass leaders and community and friendship that I think we all long for.

But we all kind of miss a little bit or lack a little bit in our immediate physical surroundings.

And that's the beauty of the digital world is you may not have someone right here in your physical space,

But you can have a container,

A call where you have several people who are cheering you on,

Believing you fully space for you,

Helping you work through your fears or past issues.

And there's just nothing like that support.

So yes,

Weed out anyone who isn't fully on board with who you are,

What you came here to do and put people and things in place that do love you,

Support you and want you to flourish in all that you do.

And can totally create that vision for you and to show you because they are also on the path that it's like,

You lift each other up because you see what's possible.

It's just so important.

I think it's,

I honestly,

I say this like at least once a week.

I don't know how people do this without support.

I don't think it's possible.

I don't think you can fully especially in the online world,

Please step up and be visible like literally the entire planet without people in your corner that are like,

No,

You're like,

You're safe.

It's okay.

You can do this.

And if you're using,

Look what's possible.

Look what I'm already doing.

Look what's available for you.

Yes.

I think I tell people support just expedites your process.

You can do it.

I believe in you.

But for me,

That's why I hire support.

I don't want to crawl my way to the top.

I want to take the elevator to the top.

So if I see someone living a life that I want to live and I want to emulate my own version,

Why would I not hire them to tell me how they got there and give me all the insight hacks instead of stumbling and figure out my own?

I just,

I was willing to pay for access.

I was willing to pay for knowledge.

I was willing to pay for information that could change my life.

And that's why I got where I was so quickly.

Plus,

As we talked about,

When you make a significant investment,

You're not going to cop out.

If I was doing on my own and I stumbled a little bit,

I'm like,

Oh,

I tried.

But when you have that much money on the line and you have a family you're trying to provide for,

It's like,

I don't care for how many times I stumble.

I'm getting back up and doing it because I've made a commitment to myself.

I've made a financial commitment.

I have someone who's in my corner who won't let me quit on myself.

And it just,

All of those factors just expedite you getting you to where you want to be.

And I think,

I mean,

There's,

As you know,

As a life coach,

There's so many nuggets of truth you want the world to know.

And like one of them is you can have it all.

Another one is you can get there so much faster than you think.

Like so much faster.

Like I think people,

A lot of people I talk to have like 10 year plans and I tell them they,

People that come to work with me,

Yeah,

Let's make that a one year plan.

And they're always like,

Oh shit.

Like,

So why?

Because at the end of the day,

Like this will be a real woo-woo at the end of the day,

Time and space are an illusion.

We are not limited by time and space.

Like we taught we've been limited.

You have the power to tap into the energy where all things are created.

So if you want something 10 years from now,

Why not collapse time and space and bring that into your future now?

Right?

Like the sooner you manifest it,

The longer you have to enjoy it,

Which is ultimately what led us to move to California much,

Much earlier and kept postponing it because it's so scary to pack up everything to sell your home,

To leave your family behind and move to this West Coast where it's gorgeous and beautiful and a lot more money and a big leap of faith.

And so it just kept delaying.

And then I,

It hit me like the sooner I moved there,

The longer I have to enjoy it.

And so we took that leap of faith and it was scary and I had two big meltdowns like in the process,

But that's because I'm human.

And then when I got here and I knew this was going to happen before I got here,

But like the only regret I have is that I didn't do this to them.

You know what I mean?

And it's like,

I'm so happy here.

I feel so in my element and I feel so in the flow.

Like if of course I was meant to be here.

So if for those who are listening or watching this,

Like if you feel this time,

Your heart to do something or create something and you find yourself postponing it out of fear or whatever,

Like just remind yourself the sooner you get on boards,

The sooner you do it,

The sooner you're called in,

The longer you have to enjoy it.

And life is so good when you are living life the way you want to live it.

That landed so deeply for me because it's the truth.

We've been so,

Or maybe if we've been so identified with the struggle that like that's all we come to know.

And it's almost like we can't fully see it as this vision.

We can see it as this amazing thing we want to live.

But the reality is like,

No,

You can have like it can be so much quicker.

It does involve letting go of that identity with the struggle and the path to get there.

But then having that like you,

We never know what's going to happen,

How much longer we have to live these lives.

Why not call it in now?

Why not give yourself that opportunity to experience it for as long as possible?

Yes.

And like for me,

Like my hope is for every individual is to get to a point where they allow themselves to call it in,

Allow themselves to have it so good for themselves.

Because for some people,

And even myself in the past,

I wasn't there yet on my sense of self-worth,

But I could get behind it for my children.

This scares me and I feel like I can keep postponing,

But I have a vision of the kind of life I want to offer my children.

So for them,

I'm willing to take the sleep of faith sooner than I would just do it for myself.

So if you have to find another reason,

If you're not able to get it behind for yourself,

How would it benefit others?

How would it benefit your family?

How would it benefit your career or your clients or your mother or whoever?

And like,

If you can get your faith behind your why,

Even if it's not yet fully for you,

That still works.

So yeah,

Looking to my children is like,

I want them to have a mother that takes a face and manifests and like rises up and lives life on her terms because I want them to live that way too.

So I'm doing it for them.

And eventually I was able to work my way back to like,

I do it for me because I'm worthy of this too,

Just simply because I'm worthy and how cool that it also gets to directly benefit my children.

You know?

Yeah.

I'm all about that.

That goes back to the ripple effect of you inspiring,

Living by example for your children.

And then,

You know,

Even if a handful more women live that way,

How many like if they have children or even just the people in their lives that see them and then that trickles out,

It's just like that is the creation of the new earth that we all want to see.

It involves us stepping up.

It involves playing a bigger game.

And yeah,

It's scary.

Yeah,

Of course.

We're going to have those huge fears and those stories and all the noise that tells us that we shouldn't or we can't,

It's not possible for us.

But if you can shift that into the vision of what will come from that,

It just is,

That's the world I want to live in.

Yes.

And knowing your why.

And they talk about that,

Right?

Like in personal development,

Like when you're going to take a leap of faith or do something that you've never done before,

Be really clear on your why.

Because when you stumble a bit or you do get scared,

That why is what's going to refuel you and remind you of this bigger picture than you just freaking out at this moment.

And I agree,

I'm at a point now,

I've been doing this long enough now where I get a message almost every single day from someone saying,

Thank you so much.

You give me so much hope.

But just yesterday,

I'm like,

Please write a book.

I need to write your book.

I had a ghostwriter reach out to me.

I want to help you write your book.

Like,

I've never even mentioned,

But like,

I plan on writing a book,

But like all the just all the time,

People are like,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And I was like,

This is why I do what I do.

I do it for me,

I do it for my babies.

Yes.

But I do it for you.

Because if this will help you step into your power and you rise to the occasion and you create life on your terms,

Like that's the whole point.

And that's the beauty of women.

And like,

There's all kind of research that shows us like when you give a dollar to a man,

He'll spend 80 percent of it on himself.

And then 20 percent goes to his family.

When you give a dollar to a woman,

80 percent of it goes to her community and her family.

And then the left arose herself.

So when you invest in a woman,

The whole community rises,

The whole community benefits.

And I see this all the time with the women in my circle.

They're the most generous,

The most compassionate,

The most engaged,

The most helpful,

Like the most connected because they are so committed in their own rising.

And when a woman around them rises too.

And like you said,

That is the world we want.

We want a world where no one is ever caged or tamed.

They are born wild and free and they are raised wild and free and they live wild and free.

And they don't have to do near the unlearning that we have to do,

The untaming that we have to do because we were willing to rise up,

Do the work and create a better world for our future.

Yes.

Right there with you,

That vision.

I love it.

I love that you're doing this work and that you are that beacon of light because just being in your energy that you're so you're living it.

You're doing it.

You're proof that you can create incredible things.

Live and live and trust fully in the universe to take massive crazy from the outside leaps and do it.

Create it,

Live it and then bring that to the world to inspire others.

Yes.

That's a perfect summary.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

All of that.

I love it.

So good.

So good.

So Nicole,

Where can people listening find you online?

Yes.

Come find me on Facebook and Instagram.

They are where I'm most active.

Facebook.

She'll post.

You'll post the link here,

But it's Facebook link Nicole.

S.

Mitchell,

I think.

And then Instagram is at Mitchell Nicole.

And I do have a website.

It's more of a holding place where people can come and find links on my social media blog,

YouTube.

So you can go there,

Too.

That's Nicole Mitchell dot com.

But yeah,

Come hang out with me.

Say,

Hey,

I read all messages.

I love engaging.

And if I can support you in any way to become everything you're born to be and live the life of your dreams,

I'd be honored to do that.

I love that you would be the perfect person to like.

Replace the lower vibe.

Yes.

Someone might be following and come over to Nicole's Instagram.

Yes,

I love it.

I'll be that person for you.

You already have inspired me so much just by being here with you.

I could love that.

And the,

You know,

The impact that being here in your space just listening will have for people.

Thank you.

Thank you for doing this,

For hosting,

For finding people and their stories.

I just think that people who curate a library of stories like this is like what changes the world.

People are hungry for this thing.

They think people want to know they're not crazy.

Is there anyone else who's done crazy leaps of faith and not just like big people like Tony Robbins,

But like average people,

Like people like us,

You're just like in our loans,

Like going into this crazy investment,

This crazy thing.

And then like it all works out for them.

So thank you for being that connecting point and helping bring stories and inspiration and empowerment to people who are looking for it.

That bridge is so needed.

So thank you.

Yeah,

It's my pleasure.

I literally feel like I don't have a choice.

We chatted before we hit record about how I just got this download that this is this is what I meant to do.

Like share these stories,

Share these miracles far and wide.

So thank you for being able to share your story and to be that inspiration and that evidence.

My honor.

So grateful,

So grateful for the world we live in.

The universe really does have our back.

Yeah,

100 percent.

Oh,

Thank you so much,

Nicole.

So welcome.

So lovely meeting you,

So lovely chatting you.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Thank you.

You too.

Take care.

Thanks so much for listening.
