Your daily reminder to be good to yourself and others.

My name's Zola,

And together we're going to breathe in the good,

Breathe out the bad,

And use words to remind ourselves of our worth.

What we see on our TV or tablet screens can impact the way we perceive ourselves.

We sometimes fall into the trap of comparing our exterior to someone we don't look like,

And that can hurt our self-esteem.

Today's charm words are about loving yourself unconditionally.

Our bodies come in different sizes,

Shapes,

And colors,

And yours is perfect just the way it is.

Let's do some belly breathing,

Then we'll do our affirmations.

When you breathe in,

Use your nose and keep your shoulders still.

Once your belly fills up like a balloon,

Breathe out through your mouth by just letting go.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Take a gentle,

Deep breath slowly through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
