Take a few cleansing breaths.
Sigh,
Audibly release the breath.
Allow your exhalation to release anything you might be carrying that isn't yours.
Anything that you may have brought in with you that you're ready to release.
Release any muscles you're holding.
Allow them to relax one by one.
We are safe.
We can let it all go.
Allow your breath to flow naturally.
Close your eyes if you feel comfortable,
Or leave them open,
Softly unfocused.
In your mind's eye,
Imagine turning your face up to the bright sun,
Like a sunflower in a field,
Following the path of the sun,
Like a child looking adoringly up at a beloved grandparent.
Bring your attention to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
Invite the energy of the sun,
Its warm golden light,
To kiss the top of your head.
Your crown opens,
Like the petals of a flower blooming.
Welcome the sun's clarifying energy,
Like a golden ball of light,
Into your crown chakra.
As it fills each energy center with light and moves through,
It leaves a rich anointing residue,
Like gold-flecked honey.
Move through this activation at your own pace.
Trust your instincts.
Feel the solar energy's warmth and clarity at your crown,
Bright,
Illuminating,
All yet gentle,
Brilliant and clear,

The crown lifts the veil on the unseen world.

As the light illuminates all corners and aspects of your throat chakra,
I see a golden honeycomb structure illuminated.
Sometimes things get caught in the honeycomb of our throat.
Or we compartmentalize what we can say,
Where we can say it.
What is it that might be caught that longs to be freed?

What is your truth?

Lean into the bravery,
The lion-hearted courage of the sun.

Just as the sun beams upon the earth,
Activating the growth of plants,
The solar plexus provides the life force that fuels us.
This is from where we project our energy,
The locus of the fortitude,
Strength,
And determination that drives us.
