Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Thank you for joining me,

Chadi,

Your magic woman.

Today,

We are going to meditate through Mercury in retrograde.

For the next few minutes,

All I want you to do is close down your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice.

And breathe.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And one more time in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Good.

We're just going to leave the day's chores just on the floor.

We're going to allow this to do this,

To roll out of our brain,

Down our neck,

Across our shoulders,

Down our arms and onto the floor.

We no longer need it.

It will be there again once we have finished.

All you need to do now is breathe.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Good.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

During this time,

I breathe.

I allow to be what will be.

There is no need to rush,

Fuss or wallow.

Everything will work out.

What will be,

Will be.

In this time,

I allow myself to become the lighthouse,

To become the strength in the storm.

I allow myself to focus on my life and breathe.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

I am the strength.

I am the life.

What will be,

Will be.

I always know I can rely on me.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

The cosmic chaos is not a reflection of me.

This too shall pass and I will be stronger for it.

All I need to do is focus in on myself and do the things I know that bring me peace.

I allow myself to relax without guilt.

I allow myself to meditate without worry.

I allow myself to walk slow,

Enjoying the journey.

I am enough.

I am brave.

I am strong.

All I need to do is breathe.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

I allow myself to be the strength that I need.

I am enough.

I am joy.

I am happiness.

I am grace.

All I need to do is focus in on my breath.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And when you're ready,

You can gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Allowing yourself to return to your consciousness.

Taking two big deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Feeling the power of your breath in your lungs.

And you can slowly blink open your eyes and rejoin me back in your room.
