Hello,
Dear soul.
Thank you for meeting yourself here,
For taking this time,
For saying yes,
Even quietly,
To your own breath,
To your own becoming.
If you'd like,
Allow your eyes to soften or close.
And if it feels good,
Invite a slow,
Easy breath in,
And a longer,
Softer breath out.
There's no right way to be here.
Your presence,
Just as it is,
Is enough.
Feel how the breath moves through you,
Like a river that never stopped flowing.
You don't need to force it.
Just notice.
Follow it like you'd follow a melody you love,
Like your favorite song moving through you.
In yoga,
We are reminded,
Everything changes,
Everything moves,
And you are not here to be perfect.
You are here to be alive.
Take another deep,
Gentle breath in.
Notice how the air expands the space inside you,
And exhale whenever you're ready,
And sense how the space remains.
You are not broken,
You are not behind.
You are the living poetry of motion itself.
A quiet unfolding,
A becoming.
And when the world asks you to sprint,
May you remember you are allowed to walk,
You're allowed to pause,
You're allowed to sway and stumble and still be divine.
Take another breath in,
And another soft,
Forgiving exhale.
Right here,
In this very moment,
You are grace,
You are motion,
You are enough.
Thank you for breathing with me.
Thank you for honoring yourself.
And thank you for being here.
May you carry this knowing with you,
Like a secret seed tucked in your pocket.
You are already growing,
Already whole.
Have a wonderful day.
