Welcome to this in-bed yoga class for tending to exhaustion and burnout. This trauma-informed yoga practice supports fatigue, low energy, and heaviness, allowing you to honor your current state leading to deeper rest and feeling more centered. We’ll begin with gentle grounding to arrive in the present moment and settle into our practice, then explore gentle stretches for your neck, shoulders, and hands. We’ll end with a few moments of rest in any shape you like, letting yourself simply be. This class is supportive for all experience levels; there are no standing postures, and no props are required.
