Hi there.
Thank you so much for tuning in and joining me here.
My name's Michelle and I'm feeling so grateful and honored to be sharing in this practice with you today.
And for this particular practice,
I have the intention of offering a trauma-sensitive yin yoga offering today.
And if you aren't as familiar with the yin yoga style of yoga,
Before getting into the actual practice,
I thought I might be able to offer a brief background and then a couple of notes before moving into the practice itself.
So for yin yoga,
This particular practice is an invitation to maybe offer a slower pace,
Maybe inviting in the opportunity of finding stillness in some area of your body at some time,
Using different shapes for a duration of time.
And that duration of time can vary anywhere from two to four minutes in a particular shape sometimes more or less depending on the form and it's always an invitation to explore any of these shapes for any duration of time that you're interested in.
You're always invited to come out of a shape at any time for any reason.
You could always choose to stay longer or change things up in whatever you're finding you may notice in your body and that's where that element of time maybe creates a space for you to develop the opportunity of growing awareness of your body,
Perhaps offering the opportunity for this mindful appropriate amount of stress that's being added into certain areas of your body depending on different forms you might explore.
The opportunity to maybe allow that intentional stress to think deeper into more of those deep connective tissues like your fascia system,
Your ligaments,
Joints.
Perhaps the invitation to offer more spaciousness in some way,
Maybe even beyond physical sensation,
Maybe even the invitation to offer more space.
In your mind,
More space between thoughts.
Maybe between emotions.
Creating a container and opportunity for that experience to maybe become available in some way or at some capacity.
And the trauma sensitive element,
You might notice as.
I facilitate this particular practice while offering a variety of choices within different shapes.
Always an invitation to experience the practice or not.
Can we stop?
Anytime you can always turn off the video at any time for any reason This is truly your practice and unique for you And for this practice,
There's no need for any props.
That's completely your choice.
I have a blanket with me here today that I might choose to use for some forms.
And I might cue some different options and what you might explore if there's some different ones you'd like.
And if there is anything you'd like,
You might receive a moment or a few to gather anything you'd like for your practice and maybe bring it to your space to have available.
And then perhaps lastly,
Before getting into the practice,
I will generally end the practice with a well-wish for you and leave the video ending at that point.
So to offer before we get into the practice,
If you find that this particular content,
This practice lands with you in any way or has any sort of impact that you feel called to share,
That would be deeply appreciated.
Whether you choose to interact with the content through the comments,
Through sharing this video with someone in your community you feel it might connect with,
Or really any way you feel called to.
That is deeply appreciated and those are some ways of being able to maybe expand this wider access to trauma-sensitive movement and embodied trauma care.
Thank you for considering,
And thank you for listening.
And then whenever you feel ready to,
If you are interested in engaging in this trauma-sensitive yin yoga offering today,
You might begin to arrive in your space wherever you're choosing to practice.
Maybe you begin exploring a bit of movement in your body in some way.
Maybe you add some swaying side to side or any type of circular movement,
No matter where you might be oriented.
And then if you'd like to as perhaps a first Yin shape to explore in your practice this this particular practice at this time you might be experiencing your practice could be the opportunity to begin with a forward fold option.
And if you're interested in exploring a forward fold,
One way you might experience a forward fold could be when you maybe find any seats in the space that you're in,
You might begin to bring the soles of your feet towards each other.
Maybe they connect here and your knees might bend out to the sides of your space.
You might create or find that you're creating a diagonal kind of shape with your legs.
You might choose to move your feet farther away from you,
Or you could have them closer in,
Whichever positioning feels most interesting to you.
And then if you are interested in adding in any sort of I guess prop element or support there.
One option you could try out if you're choosing to use a blanket or a bolster,
Some cushion,
Maybe a pillow.
You could choose to roll a blanket and slide that underneath your knees.
So you might have or find some support at the outer edges of your knees or your legs.
You might choose one option and decide that you'd like to forego that and remove anything that you try adding in.
And then as you're ready to,
You might begin to round forward,
Beginning to fold forward any amount.
You might allow your hands to rest wherever they land or wherever feels interesting to you.
You might begin to drop your head.
Maybe there's other elements you like to bring into this particular shape that you could explore.
Perhaps allowing or inviting your shoulders to drop,
Maybe your head to hang heavy.
As you might see.
Explore this first yin shape option of a forward fold.
Creating this diamond-like shape with your legs.
Honoring that you can always choose to make adjustments at any time.
You might even add in a bit of movement if you might feel that calling coming from within.
Before maybe finding a spot where.
.
.
You might explore stillness in some way.
Perhaps there's a spot that your gaze may soften or rest on.
There's always the option to close your eyes or keep your eyes open.
That's always a choice up to you to explore.
And as mentioned,
This duration of time in each shape,
I will be using a timer for that.
I'll reference.
And always honoring that you can always change.
Change your mind by coming out of a shape at any time for any reason.
You might choose that you'd like to stay longer in a certain position or offering.
And perhaps if you're interested in noticing your experience.
Maybe exploring if Do you notice any muscles in your body that may be contracting in some way?
Maybe you explore your legs.
Maybe you're interested in noticing your feet or your shoulders.
And perhaps if you discover.
.
.
Contraction or gripping sensation.
You might choose to invite those areas to soften in some way.
Maybe releasing any contraction.
Perhaps noticing a shift,
Or maybe not.
Maybe you choose to stay for another moment or two.
Completing the form for you in your own time.
And then as you might feel complete with this first shape and interested in exploring something new or different,
You might begin to come out of this form in your own time and own way by starting to lift your torso.
Maybe bringing your spine towards neutral.
Then these in-between spaces between these longer yin shapes are called the rebound An opportunity to move into maybe an opposing style position or maybe some movement So for after a forward fold,
Maybe you choose to plant your hands behind you Maybe you slightly lean back and maybe even invite your heart forward Maybe adding a slight lift of your chin if that interests you you might choose to Extend your legs long,
Maybe adding some movement for your legs or rolling your ankles and wiggling your toes,
Getting movement to your feet in some way.
And maybe you choose to find stillness in your rebound here,
Perhaps noticing any shifts somewhere in your body,
Or maybe there isn't much to notice.
Or you might choose to add movement.
Maybe you choose to lean side to side.
You might even find some sort of circular movement with your torso,
With your hands planted behind you,
Maybe moving in both directions.
Perhaps allowing some space for that first shape to integrate before perhaps moving into another option for a longer uniform.
And actually,
If you're interested,
Maybe before moving into the next offering of a yin shape,
If you're interested in a bit more movement option from a seated shape,
You might find any seated shape that you'd like to here,
Maybe for some movement with your spine and your arms.
If you're interested in that,
As you find seated,
You might choose to maybe open your arms out around.
Maybe your hands come overhead.
From here you might allow your hands to come down through center.
Maybe you interlace your fingers here and you might choose to press your palms away from you as you might round your spine,
Tucking your chin and your tailbone.
And then you might choose to lift your interlaced fingers overhead,
Maybe looking up,
Maybe bringing your heart forward,
Extending.
And then you might open your arms wide to scoop your heart forward.
Your arms might land at your side.
Maybe you have some movement for your shoulders or your arms.
You might feel called to add movement to your body in some way before maybe getting set up for the next yin shape offering.
And this next one,
If you're interested in some,
An option of a shape that might target more of your hips and that area of your body.
You might choose a crisscross seated shape,
Choosing whichever leg that you'd like to have on top.
Or you might choose a shape where your knees are stacked.
So maybe crisscross legs,
Or you might bring one leg on top of your opposite leg,
Maybe stacking your knees in some way,
Honoring that they might be very off center or in different positions.
You might choose to have your feet more in towards you or more away from you.
And then you could see or check in what you notice.
If you feel calm,
Maybe there's an invitation to offer in some support under one of your hips to maybe fill some space that could be there.
So either option,
Crisscross legs,
Maybe you choose to stack your knees,
Choosing whichever leg you'd like to start on,
That would be on top.
And then maybe as you arrive here,
You might choose to soften your shoulders.
Maybe you allow your spine to be long.
And then you might choose to stay in stillness with your torso at center here,
Your arms at your sides.
Or if you're interested in exploring the option of an arm stretch while having your legs maybe crisscrossed or knees stacked,
You might choose to extend your arm that's on the same side as your leg that's on top towards the sky any amount.
Maybe adding the option of lengthening,
Reaching your hand overhead.
You might discover somewhere you'd like to stay,
Or you might bend your elbow,
Bringing your hand behind your neck or upper back.
Your opposite hand might even gently place on your elbow,
Maybe offering a light touch.
You could even choose to bring your opposite arm behind you.
Maybe your fingertips reach towards each other,
Maybe creating or keeping a lot of space between them.
Maybe there's a connection with your fingertips.
And if you're choosing to add in the option of lengthening your arms or engagement for your arms.
Maybe noticing that there could be sensation somewhere in your arms or maybe noticing sensation somewhere else in your body.
Noticing if there's any muscles that might be contracting in this particular shape.
You might invite those muscles to soften in some way.
If that interests you.
And if you chose to add in options,
Maybe with your arms.
You might choose to stay where you are or you could choose to unwind your arms in any way.
Perhaps for the final moments of this particular shape on this side your first side You might keep your torso at your center or an option could be to add a lean forward or a recline back If you choose to lean forward you might lean your torso over your legs any amount Maybe your arms and hands extend in front of you You could even choose to place your hands on the bottoms of your feet for a connection there Maybe dropping your head.
Or you might choose the option of leaning back,
Placing your hands on the earth behind you as you might lean back with your heart lifted.
You also might discover that you're not sure which option that you'd like to try,
So you could perhaps.
.
.
Let curiosity guide you in maybe trying a certain option.
Maybe checking in with what you could notice in your body and perhaps that could become information that guides you whether you choose to stay or whether you choose to try something different.
Perhaps for two or three more moments if you're interested,
And always honoring that you could come out of a shape at any time for any reason.
Maybe a final moment.
And then as you might feel complete here with your first side,
You might start to bring your torso back towards your center in your own time,
In your own way.
You might uncross your legs.
Your hands could even help assist with that movement there.
And maybe you choose to extend your legs long and plant your hands behind you,
Maybe adding some movement for your legs,
Maybe shaking your legs or Rolling your ankles and wiggling your toes.
You might even bring your feet together and switch your feet side to side.
Another option for movement could be to plant your feet on the earth and maybe allow your legs to fall towards one side.
You might even turn your gaze like the opposite way.
And maybe you stay on one side for a few moments before you might choose to switch your legs over to your next side.
Maybe you alternate side to side in your own time and in your own rhythm.
Maybe choose stillness with your legs extended long.
Allowing this rebound this in-between space between those longer yin shapes to maybe offer an invitation to integrate all that was just maybe happening in your body a few moments before.
Receiving all the time that you'd like here.
And then if you're interested in exploring that shape on your second side,
You might begin to arrive back in your seated shape when you feel ready to.
And maybe switching sides.
So if you were choosing your crisscross leg shape,
You could change which leg was on top.
So now your second leg is on top.
Or if you were choosing to have me stacked.
You might,
Your hands might help bring your leg up and over,
Stacking your knees as much as you'd like to,
Again,
Honoring wherever they land.
Might be off center here quite a bit.
And then your feet might be in towards you or maybe away from you.
You might bring in any support that you'd like,
Maybe some cushion of a blanket under a hip.
And then when you arrive,
You might invite your shoulders to roll back and down.
Maybe you allow your spine to lengthen.
An invitation to stay here at center or if you're interested in adding some arm engagement to this shape you might begin to extend your second arm now so the arm that's on the same side as your leg that's on top maybe reaching and extending your hand towards the sky any amount Maybe as you choose to reach and extend,
Maybe you notice sensation on the side of your body somewhere,
Maybe muscles along the side of your body or ribcage.
You might discover somewhere you'd like to stay,
Or you could choose to bend your elbow,
Bringing your hand behind your neck or your upper back.
Another option,
If you're choosing to engage your arms,
Could be to bring your opposite hand then to rest on your elbow.
Maybe offering a light touch there.
Or you could take your opposite arm and bind your arm behind your back,
Maybe reaching your fingers towards each other,
Perhaps keeping a good amount of space between them,
Or maybe your fingertips find each other.
And maybe if you're interested in noticing your breath at all in this practice,
Maybe you first begin by noticing that you are breathing here.
Perhaps curious about how your breath feels in this shape,
Where you might potentially feel your breath in your body,
Or maybe there isn't much to notice as you breathe.
That's completely normal too.
And if you were choosing to add in the option of engaging your arms in some way,
You might discover you'd like to keep.
That positioning of where you are,
Or you could choose to unwind your arms at any time,
Maybe exploring the option of keeping your torso at center,
Your arms at your sides.
You might choose the option of leaning forward or reclining back as well.
So you might.
Choose to lean forward,
Leaning your torso over your legs any amount.
Maybe place your hands in front of you.
Your hands could rest on the bottoms of your feet.
Maybe choose to drop your head.
You could even choose to stack your hands as fists.
Maybe even on top of your legs as a spot for your forehead to rest.
Or you might be choosing the option of reclining back,
Placing your hands behind you,
Maybe choosing to lift your heart in some way,
Maybe slightly lifting your gaze.
You might be exploring something similar or different than your first side.
Maybe you choose to tune in and notice what you notice.
Maybe there's something different.
Maybe there's something similar.
Maybe there isn't much change at all.
Noticing if there's any areas you might invite to soften.
As this mindful,
Appropriate amount of stress might be able to sink deeper into your connective tissues,
The fascia,
Your ligaments,
Your joints.
Maybe for another moment or two.
If that interests you.
And then as you might feel complete,
You might receive all the time that you'd like to begin to come out of this shape,
Maybe beginning to bring your torso back towards your center,
Moving anything out of your way.
You might begin to uncross your legs when you're ready to,
Maybe extending your legs long,
Adding some movement or moving your feet and your toes.
You might plant your hands behind you and lift your heart.
Maybe you choose to plant your feet and bend your knees.
Letting your legs fall to one side as you might turn your gaze the opposite direction.
Maybe staying on one side for a duration of time before you might switch your legs over to your next side.
Maybe alternating side to side in your own rhythm and time.
Maybe stillness is your option instead.
Stillness or movement is always your option here.
Could even add some movement to your torso.
If you have your hands planted behind you,
You might choose to sway your torso side to side.
Maybe noticing what you might notice.
Maybe there's a shift,
Maybe not.
And then as you might feel ready to,
Perhaps an invitation for a bit of movement from a shape that might resemble a tabletop form.
So if you'd like to explore that option before moving perhaps into the next Yin shape.
Whenever you feel ready,
You might begin to orient your body to where you might have your hands on the earth and your knees planted on the earth.
Maybe you choose if you like to have any cushion for your knees.
You might bring in a folded blanket or a pillow of some sort.
And then when you feel.
.
.
Interested if you'd like to try some spinal movement.
From this.
Particular shape.
You could begin to begin in one of two shapes.
Maybe you choose to begin in an arched spine as you might drop your belly button towards the earth and lift your gaze in some way,
Maybe tucking your toes.
Or maybe you choose a rounded shape as you might round your spine,
Maybe tucking your chin,
Maybe having the tops of your feet on the earth.
Might begin in one of those two shapes or you might choose to link those shapes maybe moving back and forth between the two alternating between arching and rounding your spine.
If you're exploring this movement option,
You could even.
.
.
Of explore shifting your weight in different positions maybe when you have your spine arched you could explore shifting your weight slightly back or over to one side or one hip Maybe that changes sensation for you,
Maybe not.
Or maybe with your spine rounded,
You might choose to slightly shift your weight forward or into one of your hands or towards one of your shoulders.
Maybe exploring movement maybe exploring stillness here in some way and maybe another option of movement.
Be a more circular movement by maybe first walking your hands forward a time or two.
And you might begin to add any amount of circular movement to your hips.
The size of the circles you might make is up to you.
The direction is up to you.
You can always change direction at any time or maybe there's a certain spot where you choose to add a sway side to side based on what sensation you could possibly notice somewhere in your body.
So an invitation to maybe explore movement perhaps with arching and rounding your spine or maybe adding some circular movements to your hips.
Maybe for another moment or two.
And then again,
You might discover somewhere that you'd like to stay.
Or if you're interested in moving into a shape option that might have more targeting for your lower back.
You might move anything over to the side that might be underneath you.
You could have it available if you'd like.
And then you might come down onto your front body,
Perhaps allowing your elbows and forearms to rest on the earth.
Maybe bringing your elbows under your shoulders.
Your forearms and your palms could be on the earth.
And a variety of adjustments are available and options here too.
So maybe your feet are towards each other behind you.
And then you might explore,
You could move your hands away from you.
And that might begin to lower your torso.
Maybe keeping your gaze.
On the earth in front of you,
Maybe in front of your fingertips.
And that might lessen some possible compression that you might notice in your low back.
It might relieve some of that stress.
Or you might also explore the option of bringing your hands closer to you.
Maybe as you bring your hands closer to you,
You might notice your torso lifting more.
Maybe that engages more compression or this intentional stress into your low back.
You might adjust the positioning of your hands,
Maybe finding that spot that feels most interesting to you,
Maybe noticing if any muscles might be contracting and perhaps inviting them to soften in some way.
Another option as well could be to bring in maybe a maybe a rolled blanket if you'd like,
Or a pillow,
Maybe underneath the top of your ribcage or chest.
And that might offer a bit of support there that could Maybe lessen some of that compression in your low back.
You might know a different option or way that.
Seems interesting to you to experience this shape that you're always invited to explore.
Maybe finding a soft spot on the earth for your gaze to rest on.
You may even explore closing your eyes if that interests you.
If you're interested in noticing your breath,
Maybe.
You explore what your breath feels like,
The quality of your breath.
The fluidity that might be flowing through your inhale and exhale.
Maybe there's a certain area in your body where you feel your breath the most.
Maybe there's a certain area in your body where you don't feel your breath as much.
Perhaps letting go of any judgments or criticisms that could arise.
Inviting in some compassionate curiosity and noticing what you notice as unique to you and your body in this moment.
Perhaps for a final moment or two if you're interested.
And then as you might feel complete with this particular shape,
Some options you might explore for a rebound could be to Fully lay down on your front body Maybe making a letter x shape with your body perhaps extending your arms Extending your feet.
Maybe letting your head rest on one side.
Or an option as well could be to maybe press into your hands to lift your hips up and you might bring a rolled blanket or maybe a soft small pillow underneath where your hip crease is.
To kind of elevate your low back so that way when you return down onto your front body your roller blanket or maybe your prop of choice might be underneath your hip crease elevating your low back that spot in your body that that last shape was targeting and working on.
So you might find an option here that you're interested in exploring.
Maybe you know a different shape that you'd like to explore at this time.
Maybe there's a movement you're interested in adding here.
You could lift your feet and any of those options.
You might choose to lift your feet,
Moving your ankles and your toes,
Or maybe even slowly letting your legs shift from side to side in some way.
Maybe for another moment or more,
Always the invitation to stay longer,
Come out sooner.
Based on what you notice in your own body in this moment.
And then as you might feel complete here,
If you're interested in exploring the option of a final shape with the option of a twist on both sides before the close of your practice,
You might You might decide to move in your own way onto your back,
Maybe moving anything out of your way,
As you may roll onto your back.
You'll be allowing your full spine to be supported by the earth beneath you.
Maybe as you arrive,
You might move into the option of a full body stretch,
Maybe reaching your fingertips away from your toes.
You might add movement to your hands and your ankles,
Your toes and your fingers.
Or you might choose to maybe hug your knees in towards your chest,
Maybe adding a little rock side to side.
And then when you feel ready to,
And if you're interested in exploring a twist on each side as a final shape before the close of your practice today.
You might begin by hugging your knees in towards your chest as much as you'd like to.
And then you might begin to roll over onto one side of your body.
Either side,
Whichever side you'd like to start on.
And then you might extend your arms out in front of you,
Maybe your palms are together as you stack your shoulders,
Your hips and your legs.
And then when you feel ready to,
You might begin to peel your top hand across your body as you might open your arms towards a T shape,
Maybe inviting both of your shoulder blades towards the earth.
You might have your arms extend into a T shape or you might even bend your elbows and explore more of a goalpost shape with your arms.
As you might have your legs stacked,
Your knees bent over to the side that you started on.
Maybe you allow your gaze to stay at center,
Or you might choose to turn your gaze to either side,
Either direction.
You might invite any muscles that could be contracting here to maybe soften in some way.
Inviting in this opportunity of a twist.
And if you know there's a different style of twist that you prefer,
You're always invited to choose the twist that's your preference.
Making any adjustments that you'd like to along the way.
And if you're interested in noticing your breath,
Maybe.
Maybe exploring.
How or where you feel your breath.
In your twist as you inhale maybe there's a certain spot in your body you notice maybe expansion somewhere And maybe as you exhale,
A different sensation,
A similar or different spot,
Maybe contraction somewhere.
Or maybe there isn't much to notice.
Perhaps for another moment or two.
And maybe as you feel complete in your twist on your first side,
You could begin to unwind as you feel ready,
Maybe coming back to your center.
You might explore a full body stretch briefly.
Maybe you hug your knees in towards your chest or add some movement in some way before maybe moving into your twist on your second side and then kind of exploring a rebound option after your second side.
So you might move your body in any way you'd like to Before maybe exploring your second side if you're interested So when you're ready,
If you'd like to try your second side with your twist You could hug your knees in towards your chest and then you could roll completely over to your second side Stacking your shoulders stacking your hips and your legs You could extend your arms in front of you.
Maybe your palms connecting and then when you're ready,
You might start to peel open your top hand and arm as you might extend your arms into a T shape.
Maybe inviting both of your shoulder blades towards the earth.
Or you might be exploring a different shape position for your arms.
Maybe choose to bend your elbows.
Making more of a goalpost shape with your arms.
You might explore a spot for your gaze to rest on,
Whether that's at center,
Straight above,
Or maybe turn your head to one side.
You might even explore a bit of head and neck movement as you might slowly maybe rock your head side to side.
Be allowing the earth to massage the back of your head.
Maybe explore if there's any different sensations from this side to your first side.
Or maybe there isn't much difference to notice.
Perhaps inviting the opportunity to.
.
.
Notice your body in some way in this moment.
Maybe softening in some way,
In some spot.
Maybe for three or four more moments if you're interested.
And always honor that you can change your mind and choose something completely different altogether.
You're always in charge of what you choose to do or not do.
And then as you may feel complete with your twist on your second side,
You could start to unwind as you feel ready,
Maybe returning to your center and your own time in your own way.
And then a few options you might try for your rebound if you're interested in stillness Maybe you choose to explore a letter x shape on your back As you might create that type of letter x shape with your body Or if you're interested in some movement,
You might choose to plant your feet on the earth with your knees bent,
Maybe allowing your legs to fall to one side as your gaze could look the opposite way.
Maybe staying on one side for a few moments before you might switch your legs over to your next side,
Maybe alternating side to side.
Or you might choose an option of hugging your knees in towards your chest,
Maybe rolling your ankles or perhaps making some circles with your knees.
Maybe circles in either direction or both directions.
Always your option,
Movement or stillness.
You might even choose to explore a bit of both or a bit of a few different options here.
Maybe allowing the possible sensations that you're getting from your body to be information to guide your choices.
And then as you might feel complete,
Anu,
You can take all the time that you'd like here.
You might receive some moments to explore any other final shapes or movements that you're interested in exploring in your practice today.
Whether you choose to revisit shapes that you might have explored earlier in your practice or whether you're choosing to try something new and different,
You might receive some time to explore or anything that might interest you here to try.
Whatever that may be for you.
Receiving some time to explore.
Before you may eventually.
.
.
Find your way into any shape that you'd like to end your practice in today.
Maybe again you choose to revisit a shape that you tried out earlier.
Whether you're choosing a shape that's seated,
Lying down.
Stay yonding.
Position or shape at all that you might like to end your practice in.
Perhaps moving in your own time and in your own way to arrive.
Maybe inviting yourself to arrive here in any way that interests you.
You might tune in to sounds that surround you.
Maybe notice what you feel on your skin.
Maybe noticing the surfaces that are supporting you,
The sensation of gravity keeping you here.
Maybe there's another way that interests you in arriving here in your body in this moment.
Perhaps for some time to experiment with rest in some way.
Honoring that rest for you may look like finding stillness in a particular shape,
Or perhaps rest for you looks like adding some movement in some way,
Swaying,
Rocking.
And as you might arrive in this space and time that you've created for yourself today,
I'll offer.
The opportunity of having a minute of silence from my voice.
Which I will use the timer for here.
Opportunity to maybe experiment with rest.
I'll let you know with my voice saying when we are halfway through by saying 30 seconds has passed and then I'll let you know when the full minute has concluded.
Starting that silence option now.
30 seconds has passed.
60 seconds has passed.
Maybe you begin to arrive back here in your body.
In this space you've carved out and made in your day for you.
Arriving back in your own time and in your own way.
Perhaps inviting in Gratitude.
For the choices that you made today,
Exploring the opportunity of Making choices with your body based on what you might notice,
What you might feel.
And perhaps if anything felt interesting or useful for you from this practice today,
You're welcome to take that along with you.
And perhaps leave the rest behind.
And I thank you deeply.
For sharing in this time and space together.
And as we may each be having our own unique experience and practice.
We still are here in community together and that deeply moves me and I'm so grateful.
So thank you again for your time and being here.
And I'm always wishing you well.
