Expanding Love Meditation

This short meditation will bring your awareness to your heart centre, where you will turn it into a loving ball of energy. Your heart will expand and radiate out more love, while feeling peace and presence within.

Stand or sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor. Become aware of your breath and put both hands on your heart. At your heart center, Imagine a green ball of glowing love energy. As you breathe, Feel your love emanating out both in front of your chest and behind your back. Cup your left palm below this ball of energy and your right palm above it. Move your palms in a circular motion alternating your hands position as you breathe consciously. Feel and imagine this ball glowing more brighter and becoming more potent. And now drop your hands on your belly and continue to breathe. My being is flowing in the replenishing waters of love endlessly. I am choosing love. I am choosing freedom. Freedom.
