My name is Kathy Weber Zunker,
And it is with deep respect and my honor to be recording this audio from an exercise that Seth outlined and recommended for Jane Roberts to use.
It was written in the early sessions,
Book one.
Simply close your eyes,
And as you gently relax in the chair there,
I wonder if you can remember a time,
A time as a small child using your imagination,
And recall those times of daydreaming,
Those times of creating something in your mind,
Even though you knew that what you were imagining couldn't possibly be real in the physical world.
And yet it was so fun and playful in your mind to create something new.
This imagination is child's play,
And that child's play can create physical flexibility within the body.
So as you relax there,
Feel that playfulness within your mind and the sheer joy of imagining,
Even though it can't possibly be real,
It can have a positive effect on the body.
Allowing your thoughts now to follow my words,
Begin by imagining that your left arm is stretching out,
Becoming somewhat longer,
Lengthening even longer now.
And as that arm stretches out beyond what could possibly be real,
You notice potatoes.
Yes,
Potatoes on the tips of your fingers.
And in those potatoes on the tips of your fingers,
You will notice that the potatoes are absorbing any tension from your left arm,
Pulling it out,
Absorbing any poisons or toxins.
And perhaps the tension and the poisons are a particular color in your mind.
As you see the potatoes absorbing all of that murky color,
As it drains out of your arm,
And as easily as the left arm stretched out,
It ever so slowly goes back to its normal length now,
In a relaxed sort of way,
Feeling flexible and free.
And the potatoes magically disappear now.
And now your right arm begins to lengthen,
And it feels so good.
As any tension is released now into the potatoes on the tips of your fingers on the right hand,
And you simply allow that stretching,
That elongating,
To stretch out your right arm,
Allowing any tension and toxins or any poisons from the joints to be absorbed into the potatoes.
And gently and easily,
That right arm goes back to the normal length.
And now you notice that the joints move easily,
And there is a feeling of flexibility and freedom within yourself.
That freedom flows into every level of your being,
Physical,
Mental,
Spiritual,
And psychic.
And now,
Like a child,
Imagine that your left leg is stretching out,
Lengthening out,
Getting longer and longer.
And on the tips of your toes on that left foot,
There are potatoes.
And those potatoes are absorbing any tension,
Any stress,
Any fear.
And it's just being sucked out of your body.
And the joints move easily in that left leg,
Feeling flexible and free.
And when you are ready,
That left leg very gently and easily returns to normal as the potatoes disappear.
And now the right leg begins to elongate,
Lengthening slowly,
Stretching out,
Feeling the freedom,
Feeling the flexibility in the joints as poisons,
Toxins,
And tension release from the right leg.
And just as easily as before,
The right leg returns to normal and the potatoes disappear.
Now imagine that on each side of your neck,
There is a potato.
And ever so gently,
You imagine your neck revolving easily three times to the left.
One,
Two,
Three.
And now your neck revolving easily to the right.
One,
Two,
Three.
And those potatoes are absorbing any tension,
Any poisons or toxins as you feel the flexibility in your neck,
As all of the tension from the neck and the shoulders simply is absorbed into the potatoes.
And you realize that you are using your consciousness to create a positive physical response.
And you feel free to use this process three times a week as Seth recommended.
And it will be of great benefit in keeping joints and muscles loose and free.
Gently coming back to the powerful moment of now,
Feeling refreshed,
Relaxed,
And rejuvenated.
