And begin to turn that attention inward by bringing your awareness to your breath,

Now let's take that first deep full breath in of the journey,
In through the nose,
Pause at the top,
Feel your fullness,
And gently,
Softly,
Just let go with a gentle sigh of relaxation.
Find a rhythm with your breath,
Feeling your body relax a little bit more with every exhale,
Going a little bit deeper,
Bringing a relaxation to the jaw,
Relaxing the forehead,
Releasing the tension,
And preparing for this journey within,
Allowing the intention for the day today to arise from within.

As we prepare,
Let's take that first breath in,
Breathe in,
Exhale.

Extended exhale to fall into relaxation.
Inhale to the nose,
Nice and smooth,
Exhale,
Gentle sigh.
The four count inhale,

And the eight count exhale.

And bring the gaze of the eyes focused between the two eyebrows,
Allowing that gentle tension of the optic gaze to activate.
A gentle awareness on the breath,
Watching,

Falling deeper with every exhale.
Last few breaths.
Taking a little bit more oxygen.
Let out a little bit more on the exhale.
Deepen the inhale slightly.
Fall into the rhythm,
The space between the inhale and the exhale,
Where that deep wisdom lies.
Now take that deep breath in,
Fill the lungs up,
Pause for just a moment.
Relax the body and gently release all the air.
Fall into emptiness and pause.
The stillness.
Connect with the deepest part of you.
Rest in the emptiness.
And when you're ready,
Take that deep breath in.
Pause at the top and hold and relax the body and rest in the fullness.
Gently exhale,
Release the tension,
Relax the body.
And as you prepare to go a little bit deeper,
Round two.
Four second inhale and a four second exhale.
The evenness,
The balance.
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.

Finding your rhythm.
With the ease and grace of the breath.
Relaxing the body.
Releasing the tension.
Keeping that gaze between the two eyebrows.
Gently activating the intuition.
The guidance from the inner teacher.
And feel a sense of gratitude emanating from your chest.
And bring a smile,
A gentle smile to your face as you gently follow the rhythm of the breath.
Every breath in is taking in new life and every exhale is releasing the old.
Every exhale is a little bit of forgiveness.
Making room for the new by letting go.
With a sense of gratitude for it all.
Gratitude for the brightness in front of us.
Gratitude for the memories of the past.
Gratitude for this very moment.
Feel it all.
Now take a deep breath in,
Fill the lungs up.
Pause in fullness.
Expand that sense of gratitude.
And now gently let go of a little bit more.
And fall into the space between the emptiness,
The stillness.
Rest into it.
Relax the body a little bit more.
Allow that guidance from the inner teacher to arise from within.
Receive.
Connect.
Go deeper.

Squeeze the body.
Bring in new energy and new life into every cell of your being.
