Next time when you feel anxious,

Upset or worried and the thoughts just keep repeating in your head and you want to remove them,

Let me share with you a very simple way to get rid of them in one blow,

Which is to ask the disturbing thoughts to leave.

Yes,

Just tell them to go away.

When you find yourself being mentally trapped by some strange ideas that keep looping in your mind and you simply cannot focus,

First it's important to be aware of them,

Then say to yourself,

Negative thoughts,

Please leave my body and auric field.

Return to the earth and be transmuted into pure light.

You can say exactly these words or something similar.

To make it more powerful,

We can ask angels for help or any ascended masters that you prefer,

Ask them to help you clear your negative thoughts,

Then say thank you at the end.

That's it,

Super easy.

And remember to speak it out,

Even very softly like a whispering,

That will be more effective.

When you're done,

Continue with your life.

After a while,

Notice how you feel.

Do you feel any better?

Is your mind quieter?

Sometimes you may feel the whole person lighter and things become clearer instantly after saying those words.

Beautiful words. Now, if I could just find it written down it would really help. This is a continuing problem for me no matter how long I’ve been meditating. I usually feel helpless to do anything about it. This will give me something positive to do about it. Thanks so much.
