Sounds of equipment and and and and and and and and and make yourself comfortable spine straight shoulders down relax your face bring the coffee mug closer to your face slowly feel this warmth between your hands inhale the aroma as it fills the space in front of your face as it fills the space in front of your face breathe in coffee one breathe out coffee one breathe out coffee one,

Two it smells so nice so delightful now now very slowly take a sip of your coffee very slowly take a sip of your coffee sense the warm liquid entering your mouth passing through your teeth your tongue,

Gently gliding down your throat,

Into your stomach your stomach,

Into your stomach you notice an after taste of the nice aroma leaving in your mouth breathe in coffee one breathe out coffee one,

Two breathe out coffee one,

Two please take a bigger sip please take a bigger sip again,

Sense the coffee going through your mouth your tongue creeping through your teeth traveling down your throat into your stomach how does it taste this time?

Breathe in coffee one breathe out coffee one,

Two breathe out coffee one,

Two now we move on to the third sip this time while you're drinking also notice any slight movements in your body hands and lips control the speed of the whole process control the speed of the whole process please take the third sip enjoy how the liquid enters your mouth down your throat,

To your stomach how would you describe the taste this time?

Breathe in coffee one breathe out coffee one,

Two breathe out coffee one,

Two breathe out coffee one,

Two I'll leave you to this time and space enjoy this coffee break in this now moment be fully aware be fully aware that you are drinking your coffee focus on each sip like the way how we just did drink consciously when you notice your attention being distracted by unrelated thoughts gently acknowledge them and say coffee relax your shoulders and facial expressions keep breathing naturally breathe in coffee one,

Breathe out coffee one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen fifteen sixteen seventy eighty nineteen twenty twenty twenty Practice daily this mindful break.

Gradually you'll be able to think more clearly and focus better.

You'll notice your days be filled with mindfulness and a little bit more time for yourself.
