Soundbath - Letting Go

With a guided intro to settle in, this soundbath takes you on a journey of grounding, cleansing and a sense of letting go. Crystal bowls provide the backbone, played melodically, percussively and in drone. The primal sound of leaves provide grounding along with tonal chanting. Elements of wind and rain build up and let go to the sound of acoustic guitar and more melodic chanting. This sound bath is meant to aid in stress and anxiety relief with the additional intention of letting go.
