You Are Not Alone

Saturn Return: decrypting a cyclical energy, whether you're around 28 or 56, it's time to connect and get clarity! Sit back, relax with this talk that will expand your horizons and heal parts of your subconscious questions.

Welcome to another episode of Eyes Closed. This is for you people in your late 20s. If you are nearing the age of 28, 29, This is something that we all go through. And some people call it the crisis of the 30s. Midlife crisis is something else, Though midlife is not 30 anymore. In astrology there is such a thing called Saturn return. When you do approach the age of 27, 28, The planet Saturn returns exactly where it was when you were born. The cycle of this planet around the sun is 28 years and a few months. So gathering up the energy as the planet goes nearer and nearer to this angle, This point, This degree where it was when you were born, That's when a lot of things get very complicated. Let's rewind. What is Saturn? Saturn is a planet that is named after the Greek god Kronos, Which was the father of all the gods and goddesses. It's the father of Zeus, Jupiter. And so Kronos, Saturn, Is very connected to time. Look at that, Kronos, Chronology. Krono is time. He is connected with different seasons, The ripeness of the earth, As it is time for harvest or time for winter. The planet Saturn is here to lead you back to your responsibilities. So if you've been avoiding those and if you've been trying out different paths but it was not yours, The planet Saturn is guiding you towards the right path, Towards the next 28 year cycle, Towards what you are here to do. When you were born, Those degree, The house, The sign that Saturn is in, Is here to help you, Guide you and understand what is your karma, What is what you're supposed to do on this planet. Because you have a purpose, You have a destiny, A legacy to live on but also karma to resolve. And if you don't, You are creating further karma. So it means you will incarnate again and again if you believe in such things, If you believe in reincarnation and the game of consciousness and of opening, Opening and opening more to consciousness. Saturn is here as a guide. And when we've been led astray, When we've created different things and it was not what was supposed to happen, Then this astrological event is down to make you suffer. And I see a lot of my friends in this age right now and it takes the shape of mental exasperation, Mental confusion. So I've gathered some tips, I've gathered some things that could help you to understand if you've been led astray, If you're on the right path and ways on how to deal with all of this. So first I'm imbuing this moment with energy and I'm giving you clarity with my reiki. So if you accept it, If you trust my energy, I am giving it to you now. Just moving down the edges, Allowing for things to drop and allowing for our ego to calm down as we open our eyes to the reality of how we feel and where we've been going and to deconstruct the lies, Deconstruct the labels, Deconstruct the things that we put in place that we're not supposed to stay, That we're not supposed to hold. Because time is coming, Kronos is coming, Saturn is coming and it's leading you towards that one path. I'm not judging. I know life, I'm alive and I know all of this is difficult. And sometimes we grapple on things because we believe in them. We have the hope that we're going to get out of whichever hole we dug. And it's not easy. Maybe we actually believe this was the path and we put so much energy and time, Courage, Bravery towards going down that path. We believed in it and now you're telling us it's not the right path and we have to start all over again? So here are a few tips. First, You can listen to the different episodes of this podcast that are all here to open doors into understanding what is your essence, Who you are, Who you are and what you're here to do. Other than that, After analyzing those different tools, Let's go back in time, Shall we? I'm not going to ask you what did you wish to do when you were five. I'm actually going to ask you that but to try to define what does work look like. It's not especially about wanting to be a vet but it's about taking care of animals. It's about resolving an issue, Being connected with nature, Being close to nature, Being in contact and connection with the being of another species and helping them in resolving their issue. It's not about being a journalist. It's about researching and writing, Transforming the information into something that is reflective of your belief and your aspirations. It is about sharing with the world what you have found. It's not about being an architect. It's about creating spaces in which people can live their life, Creating communities, Creating neighborhoods. So now that you look at all of those things, What do you see? If you distill the essence of the work, Is it about contact? Is it about being with others? Is it about working on your own? Is it about being close to family or going on an adventure? What does it look like when you distill the essence of the specific job entry? Now analyze what your life, What your dream life looks like. Was it in a house? Was it in a flat? Was it in a city? Was it around? Let's distill back to the essence. What was the desire? And when you connect to that desire, Do you feel it in your heart? Does it actually make you feel like you are reaching out, Expanding your space, Expanding your aura, Expanding what you believe you are capable of? Does it feel like pleasure and comfort and deep-seated amazingness? Yeah. Now what about life with friends, Social life? Once you have gathered all of this information, Can you see the first steps into what you could be doing to change your life now? Just a few steps. We don't need a five-year plan. Does it look like sending an email? Does it look like applying to a theatre class? Or maybe an animal shelter? What does it look like? Can you start now? See, With me, Saturn looks like a very pressing need, A mother's voice, A father's voice, Someone who is here to say, You do know this isn't right. You do know this is not within your values. This is outside of it. Of course, There is having fun and doing what's responsible, But there's also doing what's unhealthy and deconstructive and something that has no tomorrow. Sometimes we need things that are no tomorrow, But sometimes we're piling up those things and we're not gathering up what we need to do. So can you start listening to that voice and not feel whipped by it? Can you understand that voice and know that this is you talking? This is you giving yourself the guidance, The way, The goal. It's showing you that inside you know you could do better. You actually know what you want. Start doing, Start planning. Take a whole piece of paper. Take a whole A1 piece of paper. Write the things, All the things that you want. Connect to the pleasure. Connect to having purpose and legacy. Know that you are here for your own karma. You are here for your own resolution. But how can this also impact others? How can this help your community or the society at large? How can your interests and your passions be of service and not of saving? You're not here to save others, Only yourself. But how can you be of service? How can you make this life sacred? Listen to the voice and try to see that this is you and if it does not feel like you, Tell it to go away. Tell it this is not something that I connect with. This is not my values. It's what was created by my surroundings and my society. I actually don't really care about those things. And once you've started to clear those things, And this is not a one-day adventure, This might take a few weeks, A few months. Sometimes with this voice, In this setting, It feels like you're just being judged and out of power, Out of connection with your will. Please have will. Please have intention. Please know that you are not disempowered. There are just things that you didn't do and you can do them now because you have time. Kronos, You have time. You have the time now, This week, This month, This year. You have the time. How are you going to use it? Because when you do, When you do set things right, When you do follow your compass, When you do respond to the world aligning yourself with your values, Honesty, Bravery, Temperance, Perseverance, When you do realize, Yeah, I do have things to bring to the world and yeah, I am actually responding to what I'm here for and what I believe in. When you walk the talk, It feels incredible. It feels wonderful. It feels just right. You are in your space, In your body. There is less chatter in your head. There's just a feeling, A knowing in your body and your emotions that you're doing what's right and that is priceless. That is freedom. It is freedom. Freedom from all of the shackles. Freedom from the voices that do not belong to you. Freedom from the voices that are belonging to you but disapprove. Listen, Connect and act. And if this is difficult, Reach out to others. Help others in their own certain return. Give them what you found, What you're thinking about, What you're reflecting upon. Ask for help. Collaborate. You know, There are so many ways. So start connecting. Start walking the talk. And one last thing. I believe in you. You are important. Your life here right now is important. Look at the people that you admire, The people that are gone, The people that still are on this earth. What do they bring you? How do you feel when you connect with their purpose? Is that something you'd like others to feel? To guide others? To show them a different perception of the world? It is time. It is your time. Connect with your true path. Accept yourself. They are also going through all of this. It's not easy. Send them this. Help them. They are reviewing their life. They are entering a new stage, A new age. It might be scary. It might be, You know, A very fear of death. Of have I been doing what I was supposed to do? Am I disappointed or am I proud of what I created? How did I act with my family? My parents, My nieces and nephews, My colleagues. As they are leaving their job and starting to be retired, They are also feeling scared. And they are going through the same energy as you.
