Healing The Divine Child Within: Unity Meditation

That was a moment,

I think we all needed it.

Can you all feel your heartbeat right now?

Yeah,

That's not just me,

Good.

So what I want to offer today is something that's going to connect us.

I recognize a lot of faces,

We've been here during the previous WinterSoul and SummerSoul,

But it's also for the people who are joining us for the first time or maybe the second time.

What I do is that I offer energy healing and I'm going to offer you some words and I'm going to continue on the themes that we have today with the SummerSouls.

We have the sun taking up a lot of space during the day today and then it's going to start to dim all the way to WinterSouls.

The sun,

The soul,

Is representative of our father and we all live within a society where we're all hurt,

No matter the gender,

No matter the country,

We're all hurt by patriarchy or by the absence of a father or by the lack of connection with them or even by our own inability to welcome in the love that they give us.

So I wanted to connect with the sun again,

Just like last year,

But also connect with the moon,

Like we did in December,

And connect with the child,

The creation from the moon,

The mother,

And the son,

The father,

And reconnect that within you because you are the magical child,

You are the eternal child within.

And when we are having difficult relationships with our parents or even within the society and with the archetypes,

It's difficult for the child to exist and it's also difficult for you to build up that future.

I really see the energetical body as a temple and we have those pillars and those pillars are usually understood as having those two pillars and it doesn't matter.

It's not about same-sex marriage or parenthood with just one mother or I was raised by just one mother,

For example.

So no matter what your family looks like or the family that you want to create looks like,

There's energies and pillars that need to be built and I'm just using the archetypes of the satellites that we have around us,

Like the moon and the sun.

So that's what we're going to work with.

I'm going to send you energy,

I'm channeling energy right now,

And you can welcome that in through your breath,

Through seeing the thoughts that arise and just witnessing them without judgment.

Maybe you can take a few notes if you want to not miss any symbolism that may help you.

And what I would love for you is to witness the child within.

And when you're radiating that energy,

I would love for you to send it to the people who are here as well and to create a network,

Just like when Erica mentioned the plants and the plants,

They are fed by the water,

By the sunlight,

But they're also connected at the roots.

They're a network and when there's a storm,

They'll hold on to one another and they protect one another.

And I wanted to create that moment where you'll be radiating this energy and if there's something that you want to send back to all of us,

We can collectively ask for consent and for that participation within our group today.

So if you'd like to close your eyes and hold your heart with your hands and witness if you're in a state where you want to be receiving,

You want to be giving,

And if you feel like this space is a space built with trust,

With respect,

With love,

Unconditional love,

And if that's not a space that you,

If you're not feeling like you're able to trust right now,

That's totally fine too.

And just allow yourself to receive.

I'm going to use words,

I'm also going to use silence.

So if you'd like to put yourself in a position where you'll be comfortable to receive,

You can stop holding your heart and open your eyes or lay down,

Whatever feels comfortable to you.

Just take your time,

That's good.

Stretch your shoulders,

Stretch your neck,

And reconnecting to the heartbeat,

To the heartbeat that we activated with a little bit of a back breath work,

And seeing that dance,

The dance that the heart is doing and has been doing since the first breath you had on this planet,

And since the first moment where the heart was developed within the womb of your mother,

And we're going to call forth the moon,

The sun,

And your heart,

Your divine child,

The center of your physical vessel,

And maybe each pulse may be telling you of a poem,

Of a series of desires,

Of the things that you want to feel,

The things you want to give,

The words you want to say,

And we're going to witness everything,

The vulnerability,

The wounds,

The beauty of that life,

The twists and turns that we did not expect,

And yet we're here,

It's divine,

It's human,

And I'm going to start sending the energy right now,

So just breathe in,

And I'm going to become silent and let you witness your thoughts,

Your desires,

Your fears,

Your strength,

And we're going to breathe in and out,

In and out.

Today is the solstice,

It is when you recharge,

It is when you have illumination on everything that's happening in your life.

Let the sunlight show you the truth,

Let the veils be lifted,

Let the warmth embrace you,

No matter what you see,

It is worthy of love,

And we're going to create the alchemy between the sun and the moon,

That silvery moonlight and the golden sunlight,

Together they're going to melt and meet at your heart center,

And I would love for you to feel that sensation,

And to welcome it,

You might resist at first,

It's totally fine,

Just breathe through it,

Slowly expanding towards the throats,

The shoulders,

And your heart center in the back,

And freeing you from all the cords,

All the difficulty,

All the things that are trying to take your attention,

That is caging you in the old ways,

All the things that you know are not good enough for you,

Witness that love,

Witness their energy,

Their moonlight,

The sunlight,

You deserve so much,

You deserve the absolute best,

And feeling it,

Is one step closer to actually accepting it in your life,

You don't need conditions,

You don't need to follow a stick routine,

You don't need to be worthy of that love,

Just being here,

Breathing,

That's enough,

We're going to show that energy all the way down to your solar plexus,

Freeing your nervous system,

Opening up the heart center,

Expanding through the throat and the solar plexus,

Letting the energy become a reality,

You can rest here,

You don't need to carry the weight,

You can drop everything that you've been holding onto,

And just know that being is now creating an imprint for you to feel that way in the future,

And slowly going down into the sacral,

We all have energetical wounds,

We all have the sacral within,

We all have this creativity,

This desire to give birth,

To continue our storyline,

Our legacies,

So we're going into the sacral,

Healing the creations,

The children,

And your inner child,

Those two pillars,

The sun and the moon,

They're helping us right now,

To witness the outer,

And you have within,

The child,

Within the temple,

You are divine,

You are sacred,

And you are human,

That you know,

But you also are filled with a soul,

And so you are part of creation,

You are a god,

You are a goddess,

If you can put your hands on your womb,

On your belly button,

On your sacral,

And become that inner father,

That inner mother,

That inner parent,

Touching that space that doesn't have ribs to protect you,

Solely the skin,

And then the vital organs,

It is vulnerability,

Feel it,

Welcome it,

Celebrate it,

I would love for you to take one very big breath in,

And out,

One more in,

And we're going to breathe out the energy through the legs,

Shedding the walls,

The fortress,

And connecting deeper within,

Now we're going to continue expanding that heart center,

All the way up to the third eye,

Just breathe in,

We're gonna clear all the confusions,

All the illusions,

We've been affected by them during this retrograde,

We've seen Neptune play its ways,

Words get confusing,

And even witnessed energies that were malevolent,

Which does exist in this world,

We're gonna clear,

Removing the rocks,

Opening that third eye,

Giving you that light,

That wisdom,

That intelligence,

Giving power to your consciousness,

For it to be loud,

Louder than the confusion,

Louder than the playful energies that want to distract you,

And I'm going to become silent,

And letting you choose what you choose to give attention to during the next six months,

Choose the direction,

Let the third eye tell you,

And choose what's going to be the next six months goal,

And objective,

What will help your soul become a bigger part of your life,

And I want to let you know that no matter how you decide that you're going to do something,

And it's motivating,

You will have the natural human thoughts that say,

No we can't,

No tomorrow,

No this isn't enough,

I'm not good enough for this,

And so you will have to say no,

You will have to be the inner parent,

And say we chose this,

We're gonna get through it,

We're gonna have discipline,

We're gonna create a structure,

We're gonna do it,

I promise you in December,

The next solstice,

This will be something I have experienced,

I have felt,

So just letting you know this is the human game,

This is earth,

The doubt is going to creep in,

And it doesn't mean it's your intuition,

So you'll have to be the parent who keeps on building those pillars,

So that you have a roof,

Sacred roof over your head,

And the air to come through those pillars,

And dance with you,

And converse with you,

And give you that life,

So now that we have those decisions,

I would like to go all the way down again,

And expand the heart center towards the root chakra,

And we're gonna go through our birth,

The first day on this planet,

If there's any pain there,

Or any subconscious belief about what your parents were thinking about you,

Feeling about you,

The baby really perceives everything,

You perceived every little energy that was going through,

And maybe you attach yourself to it,

I want you to choose to free yourself from that,

And to gain the real insights about what that means,

I'm gonna become silent,

And just send you this energy,

Breathe through it,

Be open to it,

Don't forget to breathe,

Slow down your breathing,

It might get very fast,

The energy might be a bit erratic,

Birth is not always very peaceful,

Just breathe through it,

And there's a pure wave of love coming through,

Just perceive it,

Raw love,

Not something very structured,

Not filtered,

Accepted,

And if you can see it as a wave that you're gonna keep on sending to yourself,

Creating something circular,

Just recycling the love,

Letting it go all the way from your roots,

To your sacrum,

To your solar,

To your heart,

To your throat,

To your third eye,

And finally we can walk through the crown chakra,

If you'd love to put your hands on your head,

Pray,

Thank you,

And feel that love,

Just hold yourself,

Participate in that energy opening you,

Strengthening you,

Celebrating you,

It's really that you are sacred,

You are divine,

We celebrate you,

You are here,

You matter,

You are worthy of that nurturing from the planets,

From the world,

From the plants,

From the sun,

You're worthy of all of this,

You can ask for it at any time,

No matter where you are,

No matter who you consider yourself to be,

No matter what you consider yourself to be worth,

You can call forth this love,

This celebration,

This golden and silvery energy,

At all times,

You just have to ask for it,

And you can release your hands,

And witness that energy that comes all the way from the root to the crown,

And if you'd like to expand with your hands,

And looking at the screen,

And sending that love all the way back to all of us,

Thank you for being here,

If you want to gaze into people's eyes,

Or if you want to close them,

If you want to feel that energy,

We are one,

We are all connected through time,

Through space,

Through the replays,

We're all connected,

We're all sharing an experience on this planet,

We can all be one,

And it works that way with us being open to those subjects,

And it can work with the people who you don't always know how to say I love you,

Friends,

Family,

Loved ones,

Children,

Parents,

We're always deep down with our soul in a state of love with one another,

But the human story comes through,

And creates filters between us,

But we are one,

Aren't we?

So enjoy that moment,

I'm going to be silent,

And we can just look at one another,

We can ground back in,

And it doesn't mean we need to close,

We don't need to close that energy,

Because we're going to keep on being together for the next hours,

But thank you,

Have water,

Breathe through,

Write down everything that you want to write,
