My teaching style is rooted in the belief that the practice is a way for each of us to connect more deeply to our shared human experience and to welcome all aspects of our humanity. I offer iRest yoga Nidra and guided mindfulness meditations and have been teaching since 2012. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I lived in England before landing in Austin. When not teaching/practicing, you can find me searching for cheap airfare, hiking with my dog, or enjoying a book and a cup of tea.
