Now to begin and prepare to get ready to smile,
Bask,
Giggle,
And enjoy your future self,
We will take three breaths together.
Deep breath in,
And exhale.
Deep breath in through your nose,
And sigh it out.
Last deep breath in,
And let it all go.
Now begin to breathe normally,
And imagine yourself sitting on the most serene,
Quiet beach.
There are gentle waves lapping at the wet sand at your feet.
You're sitting comfortably in an Adirondack chair,
And next to you is the same exact chair.
And when you look to your left,
You see the most vibrant,
Illuminating,
Beautiful,
Carefree,
Strong,
Resilient you.
Together,
You are safe in this moment.
You honor and recognize each other,
And you are going to ask yourself a few questions and enjoy the peace and the knowledge that your future self will provide.
